I have been coming to bullion house for well over a year. They are the only place I would sell gold of any kind to. They offer the most fair price for bullion out of everywhere else (believe me I’ve tried). Jordan is a great guy, and the team in general are very trustworthy. I have turned over a great profit from purchasing gold and I would highly recommend it as a long term investment.

Watch out they will scam you! I was advised to buy the graded coins back in 2022 by Bullion House. I was promised that this would be the best investment, not only would I get the increase in gold value but also the collectability increase as well. I was promised that it would be easy to sell, demand is strong in America, India and China graded coins are the best investment abroad etc. I bought as much as I could, put my life savings into these coins thinking that it would be even safer than just buying regular bullion. I moved abroad in 2025 and took my gold in to Bullion House for consignment so I could sell and buy back gold abroad. This is when I realised I had been scammed. It took over a year to sell my coins during one of the greatest gold bull markets in recent history! Each time a coin was sold, it was always the lowest price, despite much higher values on their website. I barely received spot price for the coins I sold, despite paying 40% + over spot for the graded coins in 2022. I only received records of what was sold once and the records were wrong, missing values, dates and coins. I am still waiting for the records of the remaining coins that were sold. I am kicking myself because I made the right call buying the gold just chose the wrong company. Luckily I bought and sold some normal gold with my local dealer and got a great price and money on the same day. Please don't make the same mistake I did!

Placed order on Jan 25 for a 1-oz gold coin that was supposed to be in stock (otherwise would not have been able to make the purchase). Almost 6 weeks passed and I heard absolutely nothing from them. I have made 3 phone calls and all I got is they're out of stock and trying to procure one. They NEVER proactively reach out to me to provide an update. Last time I called, they asked me if I would like a refund or select another coin. I found they have the 2025 version of the same coin I bought (the 2024 one) in stock and the price is the same on the website. I asked twice if they could just send me the 2025 one instead. One week passed and I still have not heard anything. I have not encountered any coin dealer with such terrible service.

Jonathan seemed to have little interest in my making an appointment to see him the next day to sell a few very nice proof gold sovereigns. Very surprising attitude, not very friendly despite all the positive reviews left here. Friendliness and good customer service was not my experience. Hasn't replied to my messages offering gold proof boxed sovereigns for sale. Strange way to do business... maybe things are not going well huh....

I requested to make an appointment but Jonathan apparently couldn't make time to see me and buy my coins. I don't get the friendly thing people talk about. He couldn't be bothered.

Out of all the bullion houses on the market, I highly recommend Auronum. They consistently offer some of the best prices for buyers — I’ve purchased multiple coins and bars from them — and more recently, when selling silver back to them, they offered the highest price I found.
Of course, they make a profit, but they’re not greedy; their spreads are fair, and they regularly provide both strong buy and sell prices, which is exactly how you build long-term customer loyalty.
Excellent customer service and a genuinely personal approach as well.

I had some bullion coins to sell and having been recommended to me by a friend I initially went onto the website which I found to be very easy to navigate.
Using the WhatsApp link I sent my enquiry which included the details and pictures of what I had to sell. I was answered promptly and all of my questions answered quickly. After agreeing to what I consider a very fair price I made an appointment for the following day.
I met with Jonathan who was very helpful and the whole process was completed quickly.
In my case I asked for a bank transfer and was informed could take up to 48 hours to reach my account but payment was received later that day.
I will have no hesitation in using Bullion House in the future and highly recommend them.
