I ordered a svg file and it will not…
I ordered a svg file and it will not work with my software. I emailed them twice to ask for help with no response. Even though the svg didn't cost much, it was something I needed and now I have to search for another one that I can use. I will not buy from this company again.

Can't get a good cut
I bought this to downsize some and cut for a scrapbook layout. To get it to cut to a 5.50 inch size it is impossible to get a good cut.

Very disappointing
The files were a jumbled mess and poorly labeled. It was literally a hodgepodge of mismatched images. Out of the supposedly 1000 Harry Potter files, I managed to pull together maybe 75? I likely won’t purchase from them again.
