I had a vision for my partners engagement ring, a budget, and a dodgy sketch i had made.
Michael was able to take all that to create an absolutely stunning ring!. He was so easy to talk to and didn't make me feel stupid or try to upsell. Michael was super honest about everything, with no hidden costs. Highly recommended! P.s my new finacé loves the ring as well and cant wait to get the wedding band to match from Michael!

Michael was fantastic - easy to communicate with and such a professional. He came for a consultation to our home to get a brief from my partner and I on our ring tastes and styles. From there he drafted up great graphics that showed us details of how our rings would look, we were then able to ask for alterations and suggestions. He has the patience of an angel!

He custom designed two beautiful ladies engagement rings that we have not taken off! Very happy and we will be getting our wedding bands design by Michael also. We went with Platinum and Yellow Gold options with classic designs. Michael managed to set a tricky 2.5ct Trillion for my partner, which some jewellers had told us would be a challenge they weren't up to.

NOTE: Don't be fooled by the stereotype that Bespoke means $$$, Michael is a true professional and offers quality over and above, but can cater to all tastes and price points.

Michael was great, he explained everything to me, put my mind at ease and helped me through the process. Together we managed to design an incredible ring that my fiancé loved. The ring has had a lot of amazing comments from people as well. We will be going back to Michael for wedding rings. Highly recommend.

I asked Michael to make a diamond and sapphire eternity ring to my own design which would compliment my wife's engagement and wedding rings and I could not be happier with how it turned out. Michael, totally nailed the brief on my two designs, a ring and a necklace. My requirements were a little left of field, but he incorporated the two very rare and precious shells into my ideas.

Michael has a very unique talent to find out exactly what you the customer wants and is very dedicated to his craft. I was a little bit nervous about the whole process of having a bespoke engagement ring made up but i can tell you after my first meeting with Michael i was put well at ease. I felt after our first meeting that i was well informed and had a clear and almost complete idea of what i wanted.
Michael was quite the gentlemen and i can confidently say the whole process was entirely positive. From picking me up at Brisbane airport to the stone selection, at no point did i feel pressured to purchase anything (which was not the experience i had at in store jewelers). I went through Burgundy Bespoke Jewellers for the engagement ring. Micheal was so easy to deal with it and very knowledgeable. What we had as the design on the computer was amazing but the final result was absolutely stunning. Just wow. After meeting Michael a couple of years ago his kind, trusting and professional manner made him my go to for the day I may need his services.. and my god am I delighted I did!
I had literally 0 idea what I liked/wanted but had a beautiful man keen to make me his fiancé! After my very first catch up with Michael we had 2 pretty well nutted out shapes and options and a clear path to engagement ring glory!
The process was so easy, calm, not stressful in any way and Michael’s years of experience and ability to listen and somehow just create exactly what I love was incredible.
