Blake was very helpful, and responded quickly.

Jana was very helpful and knowledgeable She was also very understanding when we needed to make adjustments and alter our original itinerary before we booked. She also helped us update information so that we received all frequent flyer credits we were entitled to. We would be happy to work with her again.

Mike was pretty easy to work with. We did have a little bit of mis-communication, but some of that probably is due to my computer illiteracy :)

The reason I did not give 5 stars is that, at checkout, you are asked if you want to "tip" your advisor. I don't have an issue with that, but if I had known that upfront I would have felt more comfortable really taking my time with the agent.

Jeff Stein was very reluctant to cancel our reservation when we had booked it in error and pretended he had to get some clearance when we canceled 5 hours after we made the reservation. The law allows us to cancel within 24 hours. Instead of being courteous he decided to delay and or play games

Dean was very good but I didn’t buy the day of quote and I didn’t think he called me back the next day so by the time I booked 6 days later my business class flight went to list price of $4800- $1100 more than quoted 6 days before. M 4 coach seats went up $200 more in 6 days and then I was charged a $250 booking fee on top.

Super prompt to reply. Friendly and knowledgeable. Dont know if price was better because I didn't shop it. I needed 1st class tickets urgently and tried to get myself and couldn't find one. They got tickets right away. Good follow thru. Would use again
