Our Business Class Guru Mike provided excellent service. We now have two Business Class route trip tickets to Australia for a song. Mike helped me through the process of accessing frequent flier miles and credit card points, creatively figuring out how to squeeze out every point to minimize the cost of the tickets- and so patiently! I will always return to Business Class Guru for Business Class tickets.
