The card itself was lovely but the box I paid for was of a poor quality, not worth the extra money. The delivery was very slow although I have paid for the first class post.

Very disappointing with this order
Very disappointing with this order, hasn’t arrived in time for the anniversary, still waiting.
I have ordered in the past and delivery was just a couple of days, was pleased with previous card and was the reason I used this site for a special anniversary card but I won’t use them again.

Thank you for your review, due to being on holiday for a week with my family, the date your order was due to be dispatched was clearly written on the website when you made your purchase, unfortunately as I am a small home business handmade seller it is only myself that makes the cards and frames. I do normally dispatch my orders within a day or two when I’m not on holiday.

Really personal interaction with this seller. I got the date wrong with my gift and she was able to send me a replacement date to change it. And at a small cost. So impressed.

Lovely product,lovely friendly service.
Dialogue was prompt, courteous, kind and professional.
Product was as viewed and well presented and packaged.
The only tiny downside was not the responsibility or fault of Butterfly Designs, but rather Royal Mail who managed to deliver a little late in the day despite Butterfly, posting 1st class in ample time. Nevertheless my wife was very pleased with her card,so, happy days.
