Scam alert Buy-To-Let.co
I saw an ad for this company on Instagram, and looked into the website. The web address is Columbian, however the company is based in Hong Kong. The answers to FAQ's appeared to short and simple. A bit of research and Reddit answers state that Foundation Capital appeared to be a scam site, offering similar investment opportunities such as what But To Let is offering. There are other mentioned scams of a similar nature linked to Pacific Tycoons and Davenport Laroche, offering leasing sales, based out of Hong Kong. On Buy To Let's own website "Buy-To-Let is a fully owned subsidiary of Foundation Capital Limited".
The Contact Us is the biggest red flag, with a prompt to contact via Telegram, under a email address and phone numbers based in Hong Kong and Dubai.
Needless to say, I did not invest, having seen the reviews on Trustpilot for the aforementioned websites/companies.
Be careful if looking into investing with this company, it would appear to be a scam.
