A scam

We ordered three items (for over $137.60) from the site in 1/15. They contacted us two weeks later saying that one item wouldn't be ready to ship for 2 months (3/15). We agreed, and when it didn't show up they told us that it would be here 5/15. When it didn't show up AGAIN, we contacted them AGAIN and was told that they couldn't get the material to make the dress to complete the order. We asked for a refund a month and a half ago, and they still haven't given it to us, even though they said they would process it ASAP in May. Absolutely the worst oversees sales site I've ever dealt with.

Part missing? You are stupid, you are a liar.

Item delivered with part missing. Advice from buychina customer service, 1) you must look with greater care in the package. On assuring them part missing, 2) you should consult an expert, who will advise you whether the part is missing. Advice 3): we have checked with the supplier, who say, part is not missing. 4) Take a photograph to show missing part. After eight or so tries to get some help, well, the responses are polite, but the intention is to wear you down. In the end, you do give up, left with only your unusable item and your sense of disappointment.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!

I ordered 2 jackets from them...and I live in China. It should have taken 3-5 days for me to get the product. After not receiving the product (I was taking these gifts back to the states for the summer) after 10 days I asked for a refund. I asked for the refund on July 7th. It is September 18th and I am still waiting.
Perhaps when things go smoothly this company is good - but they are the ones that never shipped what I ordered (after charging me twice) and I am the one going into a completely different season still waiting for a refund.
If I could give them negative stars I would. You may be getting cheaper rates but you get what you pay for. Using TaoBao, Amazon or Ebay is a better choice because you would never wait a fiscal quarter to get your money back for something they never even sent.
HORRIBLE!!!

Great Service

Buychina has very good customer service, I don't get the people that say Buychina is awful. Although they are a bit slow they still get your order purchased, I would highly recommend buychina to anyone that would like to purchase stuff from Taobao internationally.
Summaries: Great Service, a bit slow, trusted 100% and HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I have no idea if this is a deliberate scam/ripoff or whether they are just incompetent/unprofessional. Regardless, the result is that buyChina.com have effectively STOLEN about $400 from me and I and my husband have lost many hours of our lives attempting to recover my money from this organisation.

Terrible Customer Service - DO NOT USE!

The biggest problem you have when dealing with buychina.com is when you have a problem with an order.
For instance I purchased a pair of rayban sunglasses, which turned out to be fake and were seized and destroyed by UK customs.
I spoke to "Lisa" in the chatserver on the site and "she" was useless telling me it's not down to them to ensure the goods are real or that they get through customs.
"She" offered me a third of the money I paid back to which I declined.
There is no complaints department, no security if you do not receive your item and no way of claiming your money back other than hoping your bank will help you sort it out through a "chargeback"
I have bought plenty of things from other sites like aliexpress.com and dhgate.com and for what you may lose when actually buying the goods you definitely make up for it in security and being able to raise a dispute should you need to is a big help.
I won't be using them again that is for sure.

Way too slow

The fee they charge and the shipping fees are not that much more than other agents. They're pretty much on par with most, perhaps being cheaper than others and more expensive than some. The issue I have is how long it has taken them to order my product and ship it. I realize the time it takes in transit has nothing to do with buychina. What they can control is how quickly they order your items and how quickly they get them ready for shipment once the items arrive on site. They took 4 days to actually order the item for me even though I paid right away. Once they got it, it was another 5 days before they got it in the mail to me. Looking around at other agent sites, I see that they specify your items will be purchased within 24 hours and once they arrive will be in the mail within another 24 hours. That's a total of 2 days. Buychina needed 9 days to do those two steps. I realize I'm ordering a product on the other side of the world, but it seems to me that this business could have been conducted with a little more speed being that the competition is offering the same service much faster. Needless to say I will not be using them as an agent in the future.

Amazing

I'm confused with people saying it was horrible. I've bought 7 things and they were all super cheap and exactly what I wanted. It does take SO log but its worth it. I get things there fr even cheaper than on eBay.

The worst ever !!

They took around £150 from my account then ignored me totally !! Tried to contact them by sending emails and calling them but nothing happened. Had to call my Bank to get my money back but have to wait like 15 days before making a complain.

Avoid my best advice.
