BuyGlass.Co  Opiniones

Finished product was perfect. Very happy. Delivery was on the date expected

Great price and good service, the delivery man was very helpful.

Great communication, easy to order and quick turn around. We will be using them for future client purchases!

Big help on telesales
Thank you

Easy to order and no problems with delivery really - we live down a narrow private road and I believe the truck had some issues reversing in initially but made it in the end.

The glass was delivered intact and in a timely manner.

The driver was very courteous and delivered the glass in good condition. I would definitely use BuyGlass again.

I would give 5 stars if it was clearly communicated every single piece comes engraved with a company stamp with phone numbers etc. Why do I need to see that nuisance?
This may be ok in communal buildings, but a big no no for architectural glass used in private domestic build

The sales service, price and communication was very good. The delivery driver was also very helpful and accommodating but the larger pane never arrived with the initial delivery having been misplaced or damaged. Other than that, the service was spot on !

Easy to order and delivered on time

Easy to use - fast and uncomplicated.

Brilliant service. We had a mix up with price but they honoured the original deal as a kind gesture. Many thanks

They returned their quote quickly and delivered the glass on time as agreed!

First time we have used BuyGlass.Co.
Easy to deal with, great price and will certainly be back.

Received great service from Ryan and Leon at BuyGlass.Co.

I wanted to purchase glass worktops/backsplashes/windowsills for a kitchen refurb on a supply only basis for fitting by myself.

BuyGlass.co were one of the few companies that would supply the glass on a supply only basis thus keeping the costs for a custom glass worktop within my budget.

Great email communication and advice allowed me to specify all the glass worktops and splashbacks to my requirements.

On placing the order I was kept informed of the manufacturing status and quoted delivery dates were kept to as promised.

The glass was delivered well packaged and easily unloaded manually by myself and a helper, the van driver was also a great help.

I fitted all the glass worktop panels/splashbacks and sills over a weekend. A fairly straightforward task for a competent diy'er. All the glass was made exactly as specified.

I now have a stunning looking glass custom kitchen worktop set up which has had many compliments.

I have no hesitation in recommending BuyGlass.co 100%.

Great support and plenty communication. Helped advise on what glass I needed for my
project and were swift to act when some arrived damaged.

Delivery was slightly longer than anticipated, as I work at a business I needed to be at the building when the delivery was scheduled but I struggled to get into contact or get a reply when querying this.

Delivery was good when my order came however!

The order was exactly as stated on website and very good quality - cannot complain!

Very easy to order using the website and found the follow up service to be very good. Would definitely use them again.

We are very please with our glass panels purchased from Buyglass.co. The communication was excellent from the beginning, the product was produce in time scale stated at the time of order. Delivery took place as planned. Product arrived in excellent condition. Highly recommend this company. thank you

After pricing up glass for a table top I found BuyGlass.
It was half the price of both local and other internet quotes, the website was easy to use and ordering straightforward, What I didn’t expect was outstanding customer service. Ryan is an absolute star, dealing with all queries about the order and delivery instantly and reliably. The glass was delivered when promised and it looks perfect. Thank you Ryan.
