These people are the worst crooks on the internet. I bought 7 pieces of software 2 windows 10 os and 5 office 2019. None validated and Microsoft says bad keys. And the company does not respond. They stole my $150 and do not refund. They are crooks and scam artists.

Order placed, paid, eMail receipt received, did not receive license, sent two emails to support, no response, on line support chat, no response. Submitted Ticket... Waiting.

I have bought software from Buy PC Software in the past. Usually a good experience. This time i purchased Windows 10 which installed without an issue. Then when i went to install the Office Profesional Plus 2019 and thats when i ran into issues. I downloaded and installed with no problem. When i went to activate the Office software it said the license key wasnt valid. I tried both over the internet and by telephone several times with no success. I uninstalled and reinstalled several time. I also uninstalled trial version of Office to avoid conflicts. I tried calling tech support but it kept saying that the phone number was out of order. I tried the tech support chat function but no one responded. I then emailed the tech support at 10 pm the second night and to my surprise they answered back and provided me with another license key. This one didnt work with online activation but i was successfully able to activate with Microsoft telephone activation. Overall a bit frustrating but ultimately it did work. Also saved a bunch of money compared to full retail price.

Don't Waste your time. Was leary about this site to begin with. Sure enough, bogus activation key. Can't activate by phone. Customer service number doesn't work. No replies from live chat.

Key did not work and they have responded to my requests for help and it’s been 3 days.

My laptop is too old and it is a pain trying to install the software. I have been requesting a refund for 3 days (I have never entered the key) and they continually want me to try to install it when all I want is them to honor the 30 day money back guarantee they state in their ad.

Although software is economically priced it is not convenient Microsoft office activation code that was supplied did not work and the second code did not work only activated by phone. It leads you to believe that this is really a one-time purchase as you do not actually own the software because your code has been compromised in a way that it's been used too many times. Nobody responds to online chat at least not when I was trying to use it and you have to email for service and wait for another code
