I bought Windows 10 pro and office 365 from this company. Firstly, I was hesitated because I have a bad experience from company in Amazon, but really this company is well trusted, and the customer service is very helpful especially Mr.Brendan. He called me many times to assure that everything is ok, and he helped me in windows installation. I really encourage people to deal with this company.

Attentive help desk
I reached out to the help desk prior to purchasing an OS to see if it would be possible to reformat a company issue laptop to personal use. They were super helpful and walked me through the whole process. Now I have a functional laptop which only costed me $40 for the windows 10 operating system!

very honest to say to purchase was easy but to install not that easy I wanted to have a CD but no CD also I ordered and paid for Window 10 PRO ...
the download / install was Window10 home 6 or 7 dollar cheaper ...
i paid for one thing i got another ....

Excellent Customer Service
I am very pleased not only with my purchases but also extremely happy and satisfied with the customer service I received. After purchasing software I had problems activating my software. My request for help was answered promptly. I also received follow-up concerning my issue which I appreciated very much. Thank you very much for excellent customer service.

Fantastic company and service!
Fantastic company and service! I ordered the Microsoft office suite for my new hard drive because my other one crashed so I had to start over with just windows 10. I had some trouble loading it and sent an email to them and received a quick response. The tech guy there said he’d load it for me remotely and he did!! This was at like 240am my time on the west coast. Also their prices are very reasonable. If you need software check them out!!’
