I purchased three SleepZee mouth…
I purchased three SleepZee mouth guards. I used one for approximately one week and experienced excessive drooling, severe dry mouth, painful sores on my tongue, and jaw pain, so I discontinued using it. The other two were never opened.
I contacted SleepZee customer service for a refund. I was initially offered 25% of my purchase price, then 45%, and eventually 70% ($81.08) if I kept the products.
When I asked to return all three for a full refund, I was given a return address but repeatedly told that the items had to be unused and in their original packaging. Customer service would not confirm that the used mouth guard could be returned for a full refund.
This was particularly concerning because the product is advertised with a 30-night money-back guarantee. In my experience, there is an obvious question about how a customer can actually test the product for 30 nights while also meeting an “unused” requirement.
I ultimately accepted the 70% refund to avoid paying return shipping for a return whose eligibility they would not clearly confirm.
I recommend carefully reviewing the company’s refund terms before purchasing, particularly if you are relying on the 30-night money-back guarantee.

This device didn’t work for me after 3 attempts
I ordered this SleepZee anti snoring mouth piece on about 9/3/26.
Order # 32FE08B80.
I tried wearing this 3 different times. However, I still snored. I found it quite bulky to comfortably wear while sleeping. Also, I found on the last attempt at wearing it, the adjustable clicks (to move the lower jaw) had slipped and was back to straight upper and lower jaw alignment?
I read that there was a 30 day money back guarantee for this item ( when I ordered this one). So I would appreciate my money back and I can send this back to wherever you’d like me to send it.

Misleading and deceptive website
Their advertising is misleading and the website is very aggressive in trying to make you buy additional products.
When I navigated to their website, it had banners showing that it recognised I was from Australia and having Australia mentioned in their marketing banners and notes. It gave the impression that pricing would also be relevant to Australia as there were NO CURRENCY indicators on listed price. I selected the item that I wanted with its advertised price and proceeded through the checkout cart. However in attempting to pay, it forced me to navigate past 4 consecutive pop-ups which tried to add more items to my order. Then in issuing payment, they didn't show a itemised order list until after payment details were provided at which point I discovered that they had charged me for "shipping protection".
So instead of $60 ($50+$10 shipping) in Australian, it ended up being USD$70 as all currencies were USD and they added an extra $10 for shipping protection which I wasn't given an option to decline.
I ended up having to debate with their support team for a day and they relented in refunding the shipping protection. I actually wanted to cancel the order, and I'd contacted them within an hour of placing the order, but they claimed that somehow the order had been packed, labelled and picked up by a courier, despite it being after business hours in America.
Overall, a terrible experience and I would strongly advise anyone to not use them. And the stunt they pulled with the pricing in USD meant it wasn't any cheaper than just buying an equivalent item from a physical store locally.

Good team behind the scenes, despite having issues with the website.
I did have a negative start to my dealings with this company as there was an issue with additional items being added to my order without my consent.... but after a bit of back and forth with the team they were able to refund my credit card for the order, making me feel like I can shop with them in the future and trust that they will make things right.

I have contacted these guys 3 times now regarding the mouth guard I purchased which is way too big for my mouth.
Not once have they offered any help, just instructions on how to mould which I already knew.
