Was very easy to buy the subscription

Was very easy to buy the subscription. I liked it because you could purchase six months and not commit to twelve months if you didn’t want to. Arrived a couple of days before it was due, so that was a nice surprise.

Free gift if subscribe

Hi offer of free gift made us subscribe, received the free gift extremely quickly however had to wait about 6 weeks for the first magazine to arrive.

Free gift still hasn’t materialised

Promised a free gift with subscription in June that still has not been received despite repeated chasing. Each time I have contacted them, I have received a conflicting response about when/how my free gift would be received - and yet nearly 4 months later it still has not arrived. Asked for a refund and this was totally ignored in the most recent response. Do not recommend

I had a trial subscription for Radio…

Edited 6th September:
Thank you for your reply. Appreciate it. I may take out a sub to Radio Times again in the future.

I had a trial subscription for Radio Times which was good value. Towards the end of the trial, issues started arriving late and then not at all so I cancelled my subscription as £56 every 6 months is too much for something so hit and miss. I realise it is RM that areto blame. The subscription was via Credit Card. (Never a good idea) on a rolling renewal.The email confirming the cancellation states payment is by DD. The person chat confirmed it is by CC. I now wish my CC details to be deleted from Buysubscription’s database. However, I can find no means of doing this on the website and no email address. Just a form that does not include that option.
