I have called your customer support…
I have called your customer support number MULTIPLE times along with different times and days. All I get is a constant recording that I'm being connected with the next representative who NEVER answers and after 10 minutes I get hung up on ! I ordered the power washer order # A9868B6B07 upon receiving the power washer P/W there were no directions and no adapter to connect the P/W to a garden hose. I sent an email to you guys yesterday and have heard NOTHING !!!! Your company offers no support and I want a refund on my order.

Great customer service
I bought a product on line which had been advertised by Buytto. The peeler turned out to be useless. However, after complaining to the company, they issued me a full refund. So the five stars is for great customer service.

Extremely slow shipping and poor customer service
This is the third order I’ve place with this company in the last year. 3 strikes and you’re out.
Each time there were very slow fulfillment times and unprofessional customer service.
This last incident was an order I place 6/7/26. Today is 7/2/26 and it has not been received. I’ve contacted them multiple times. First I was told it had been delivered; then, that it was in transit. Today they again state it was delivered.
It was not.
They offered no refund.
I’ll never do business with them again and highly recommend others do not.
The items aren’t so great that this hassle is worth the time dealing with the unprofessionalism.
UPDATE:
There isn’t one. Within hours of posting my review, the company submitted a reply. It stated they would contact me.
I have had zero contact nor received a refund.
