I first made a claim that there was no…
I first made a claim that there was no responce when my order did not arrive. Since then, I have received several communications that indicate that through no fault of anyone at the company, but because of a lost package, I never received the order. However, even though I could not absolutely substantiate the fact that the order was lost, the company in a wonderful gesture of sincere integrity, refunded me the whole original price charged to my full satisfaction. So much so that I now do hope to make other purchases with them in the future.

A misrepresentation of the mosquito killer that I order. I purchased 3 units believing that it works like the one that they advertise but that does’nt work.
