Buyto requested that I either remove or update my previous scathing review that simply pointed out the truth of buyto. After much headache I did in fact receive a full refund. I did not request a refund. I wanted the product they advertised and still don't have it and never will. Buyto is in the business of damage control not simple customer service.

I love that you hurried the product to me, love that you responded so well, thank you.
What concerns me is what was in that delivery didn't match what I thought I had ordered, didn't see how the rigid sides and tops were in that package. They were what I had wanted. These are a birthday gift so I will finish my final review when I hear how they ultimately work.

I "tried" to purchase a product…I Tried but never again.
I "tried" to purchase a product advertised on Utube from Buytto. I was billed for the item as expected but NOT for another item I did not want or purchased. After many frustrating attempts they refunded that portion of the purchase I didn't want. After waiting more than a month I've been told my original purchase "has been delivered".
It hasn't!! I will never purchase anything from Buytto again!
