Was informed promptly when there was an issue with the van, delivery men were excellent

The lads were on time and found me right away. They text around 30 mins ahead of delivery too. I asked for an alternative address for delivery which was my fault as I'd omitted to add it. But true to their instructions they explained they were not able to help me with that, which I accepted. Very polite very professional a truly great experience. Thank you.

Picked and delivered the incorrect garden furniture set last Tuesday and so returned later that day to take it away again. After complaints delivery rescheduled for the Friday. Time slot accepted, then at 10am an hour before delivery due got a message to say warehouse issue and that it wouldn’t be delivered. Phoned to complain again and was told they couldn’t fit it on the van so it wasn’t packed and they would find a time next in the area to receiver. Redelivery scheduled for today 25/5, delivered around half 2. Items unpacked to find that AGAIN we have issues, fire pit burner and controls box missing, as is the table and chairs cover and the parasol. 3 deliveries scheduled and all 3 have been messed up, all within a week!!

On time, courteous, installed items professionally & left no mess.

GOT A CALL ON THE DAY OF DELIVERY AND IT WAS CANELED ON THE DAY NOT HAPPY GOT 4 KID WITH NO WASHER FOR 2 WEEKS IF I WOULD OF KNOWN I WOULD OF GONE AND GOT IT MY SELF

I was called about half an hour prior to delivery which arrived as stated. Two men carried my goods inside, they were polite and put my goods where I requested. Goods were well packed and intact very pleased Thankyou.

I was phoned ahead of delivery, and told when to expect them. The two delivery guys walked the heavy package down 2 separate flights of steps to my chosen location without any fuss :)

Quite simply the best Logistics company I’ve ever dealt with. Brilliant communication throughout, from receiving my goods from supplier, to calling me to confirm delivery and then having the driver call me 30mins from arrival.
