We had a pergola delivered and erected and the service provided was first class. The 2 man team arrived early in the morning, they were courteous and friendly and ensured the site for the pergola was suitable. They unloaded the van and for the next 4 hours or so worked diligently and professionally to erect the pergola and bolt it down to our patio slabs. The service provided by Alin Lorin and his colleague was perfect. Overall the service provided by Byeway was excellent.

The delivery guys were great, they turned up on the stated time and assembled the furniture in quick time. Very friendly and efficient. It all looks fantastic!

What a great team, they called us to let us know they were 30mins away. Then arrived on time, quickly got the mattress up narrow stairs and into the bedroom. I asked they take the external covering off, no problems they said, but can we wash our hands to ensure the mattress doesn't get marked. The packing was removed, mattress on bed, quick photo and then they were off, with wrapping.

Our furniture order was due to arrive between 9am and 12pm. It was delivered at 9am, I was told it would only be delivered to the kerbside but the delivery men brought it into my garden. Very happy with the service I received

Extremely professional company! Very efficient delivery! They texted me the delivery date & window and then again 30 mins before! They even brought items to the back gate and into my garden! I highly recommend them! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Our delivery arrived at the time expected and the two men brought our blind to the back garden for us - then fitted it! Excellent staff and superb fitting done in such a quick time. We are so pleased - and thanks to them for being so professional, friendly and happy.

Was contacted 30 minutes before they arrived. They then arrived on time. Very professional and helpful explaining everything. Recommended.

They delivered a pergola to our neighbours and in the process reversed their van into our EV charger, damaging the screen and breaking the holder off the wall. They proceeded to try and put it back together and then drove off. They didn’t mention it to our neighbours or leave a note. We caught the whole thing on camera. I have complained via a phone call two weeks ago and no one has bothered to get back to me.

Kept informed of eta ahead of delivery … care taken navigating a narrow path to avoid damage to pots etc.
