Turned up on time, delivered item to the garage. Were funny too!

Good communication and two very friendly helpful delivery drivers who turned up for the time they arranged

They were very informative and deficient; they advise us of a delivery slot and then called us half an hour before delivery time; they arrived on time and everything went as planned

The order was easy to make. The delivery company is terrible. They allowcate you time slot. I explained that 7 to 9am did not work with my builders. 3 times they reallocated me the same time slot. It has tsken over 3 weeks to receive my goods

Very good communication on delevery date and time, even down to a 'phone call the day before to check that the delivery time was convenient. Item arrived exactly on time with an "on the way" text message 10 mins beforehand. Polite and efficient, waited on the doorstep and handed over the item (rather than leaving lying somewhere even though it was 150cm x 40cm). Certainly better than the "throw-it-out-of-the-van near your door" technique that some companies use now.

When the item was delivered all the packaging was broken. I have taken the item into my property but I am hoping that nothing is damaged when we try to put i back together !
