Delivery was bang on time to the minute from the phone called estimate. The two delivery guys were were polite and friendly and very professional.

I was kept informed and updated on my delivery date and options the team unwrapped and built the furniture and placed in the specified location the also put the cushions away in my shed and took away all the packaging

wasn't going to be in for the original delivery date offered, no way to fix an alternative, just will be given another date when they are next in the area! no revised date yet received and could be the same situation again. Now weeks since the order placed.

Delivered my daybed today . Texted first 20 minutes before arrival and arrived exactly 6am, they were friendly helpful and very polite even took their shoes off without me asking before going up the stairs to delivery room . They were quick and efficient, Definitely recommend especially if you want something delivered before you go off to work . Thank you

The package ( marked as fragile) arrived within the scheduled time but there were footprints all over the package.

We were kept in contact with emails and texts messages regarding our delivery. Even received a confirmation phone call 30 minutes before drivers arrived at 6.45 am as for our designated time slot. Drivers arrived on schedule and helped to deliver parcel where requested. Fantastic service - would highly recommend:)

Fitted the Grey 4M awning myself on 29/05/26. Bought the awning from eBay shop and was delivered exactly on time. All parts were included and the awning went up fairly simply . All good 👍🏾. The only thing I’ll add is that it’s early days to know how robust the awning will be and with hindsight I’d perhaps choose an awning with a winter cover next time .

The fitters were great in very difficult circumstances due to the product not being right. Loveiy guys
