We’re really sorry to hear about your experience and completely understand your frustration with the delay and communication.

We’d be more than happy to put this right for you — we can arrange a replacement order to be sent out straight away if you’d prefer. Alternatively, if you’d rather a refund, we’ll of course assist with that as soon as the parcel is officially marked as lost by Royal Mail.

As a small team, our response times can occasionally take a little longer than we’d like (currently up to 7 days, which is sent to you via an autoreply as soon as you email us), but we always aim to resolve any issues as quickly and fairly as possible. We also ask for delivery details when needed to double check there was no issues with the delivery address you entered upon checkout, and can resolve things without further delays.

We have over 74% positive reviews on trustpilot, and looking through we only have 1 1 star review of someone stating they didn't receive their item, and this was because they did not pay for customs fee to their destination country.

We truly value your order and your feedback, and we’d love the opportunity to make this right for you.

Edit: Your package was successfully delivered today and we are happy to cover the return label if you no longer require these items, as there was unfortunately a delay with Royal Mail's delivery service.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re genuinely sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your order and that the ring did not meet your expectations.

We would like to clarify what happened from our side for transparency. When you first contacted us, our customer service team replied promptly and asked for images of the ring so we could assess the issue and offer you either a replacement or a full refund. We also informed you that the next step would be to issue a return label once we received confirmation of your preference.

At the time, our auto-response explained that due to high enquiry volume, replies could take up to 7 days. Unfortunately, before we were able to send the return label, a dispute was opened with your bank. To make the process as easy as possible for you, we accepted the dispute immediately and issued a full refund without requiring the ring to be returned.

We are truly sorry that the ring arrived faulty — this is not the standard we aim for. This design is one of our bestsellers and we would always aim to resolve any issue quickly and fairly, as we tried to do in this case.

We appreciate your feedback and are sorry that your experience did not reflect the level of service and quality we strive to provide.

As we advised over customer service many times, your parcel was returned back to us as you did not pay the customs duty fee that comes with ordering internationally. Unfortunately, this is a fee upheld by your country which we have no control over and if unpaid, the package is returned back to us. We really hope that you can take your time to be more understanding of this situation and change your review, as we have responded many times back and forth via email.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience, but we’d like to clarify the situation for transparency.
Your order was shipped successfully; however, it was held by customs due to unpaid import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient under international shipping regulations.

The courier sent multiple reminders (7 notifications) requesting payment of the required customs fees, but no payment was made.

Unfortunately, refunds cannot be issued for orders returned due to unpaid customs charges, as stated in our shipping and refund policy. We’re always happy to assist customers with customs questions before delivery and encourage reaching out if there is any uncertainty.

Hi Bansri, we have had not a single review where a customer has claimed the gems has fallen off, and your proof of delivery shows an intact package where we sent you a complimentary replacement as a gesture of goodwill.
