Summer Breeze Collection - LOVE
Absolutely love the Summer Breeze Collection. The drying robe is soft, lightweight and very absorbent, perfect after wet walks, beaches or bath time. The cooling mat and vest work brilliantly on warm days and really help keep our dogs cool and comfortable without any fuss. Great quality, lovely designs and very practical – would highly recommend.

I have recently ordered the studio collection in both the hazelnut and chocolate and the quality is amazing!! The hands free design of the lead has been a game changer, with a child as well it gives me that extra hand that is so needed! 🤭
We have also ordered the cooling vests, drying robes and the cooling mat from the new summer breeze collection as they are fantastic!! The vests and mat are cool to touch which is going to be so lovely for the pups in the heat ☀️😍
We also ordered the quilted sling which has been perfect for our new pups, she drifts off in it and is so cosy! It’s so comfy to wear and we’ve had so many compliments on it 🥹

The summer breeze collection
I just received some pieces from the recent summer launch and I am utterly obsessed!
The cooling mat has none of those nasty toxic gels in and instead is made from a cooling fabric that is instantly cool on contact. It’s lightweight making it very easy to transport.
I also purchased a drying robe and cooling vest. Both are incredible quality and the sizing is perfect! Not to mention they’re absolutely stunning.
Delivery is always super quick and the items come so beautifully packaged, it truly feels luxurious.

Really good service and quality
Really good service and quality. The best aesthetic designs and they’re so hard to find in the UK for dogs. I’m lucky I found them when I got my puppy. I highly recommend this brand to anyone. My fav products are the carriers and the new hands free leash.

We looove all of our ByTeddy products! Everything is so well made, such high quality and such beautiful aesthetic products. When we ordered something in the wrong size, it was easy to return, and the communication with the owners is always quick and helpful! Literally our fave dog brand, can’t recommend them enough.

Never shop again.
Horrible customer service.
I recently purchased an item from this company and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience.
The product arrived defective, which raises serious concerns about their quality control. This should have been identified before dispatch.
Shipping was also problematic and added unnecessary frustration to the overall experience.
What was most unacceptable, however, was the returns process. Despite the item being faulty, customer service made it unnecessarily difficult to arrange a return and refund. This lack of efficiency and accountability is not what I would expect from a reputable business.
Based on this experience, I would not purchase from this company again.
I hope they take steps to improve both their quality checks and customer service processes.

We’re sorry to hear that you feel this way, however we would like to clarify the situation to ensure an accurate reflection of what happened.
After receiving your email regarding the straps, our team responded promptly to apologise and offer a replacement immediately. The product itself is safe to use, and the straps are designed and tested to withstand significant weight. In this instance, the issue appears to have occurred after the quality checks were complete, which is extremely rare. As such, this was not a safety concern, and we acted quickly to resolve it.
You were, of course, entitled to return the item, and we supported this. We did kindly request that the return be sent to our office for inspection, as damaged goods are not typically handled at our warehouse. Despite this, the item was sent to the warehouse, which has required us to make additional arrangements to access and inspect it. We always responded to you so quickly and wanted to resolve this for you very quickly. A refund was also demanded without us receiving the product for inspection, which is not how our process works or how any brand would operate. The messages that were also sent to our team we're not respectful and gave false accounts of what happened.
The return was also submitted through our automated portal as an exchange selection. This is a customer-selected option and was cancelled by our team as soon as it was identified, to ensure the correct outcome. We did not do this, and it is not possible for us to do so.
We have confirmed that a full refund, including return costs, will be issued once the item has been inspected, which is a standard and necessary step in the process.
We take product safety and quality extremely seriously, and this is reflected in the hundreds of positive reviews from customers who use and trust our products daily. We always aim to resolve any issues quickly and fairly, and it is disappointing that this has not been reflected in your review.
We will continue to process this return and provide your refund once inspection has been completed.

I have most of the collection now! Today I received one of the new chocolate slings and it’s outstanding… all products are fantastic quality and top class customer service ❤️🐶

The watet bottle has changed my Life
I decided to invest in the By Teddy water bottle, as I was fed up having to remember to carry a collapsible bowl for Nala my shitzhu to drink water
We live on the Isle of Wight and long walks along
the beach with water that she couldn’t drink (the sea 😜) meant we were cupping our hands trying to get my water to sit in it while she decided if she could
Drink from it. Needless to say I wasted a lot of precious water.
But my By Teddy shared water bottle is a game changer. I just need to walk with one item that looks stylish and has great capacity. We have used it in the car, along the streets in London and of course on all the doggy walks on the island.
I love it too as the human spout is comfortable and lovely to drink from.
Highly recommend.
Oh yes and the snack bowl is fab when we can share some of our food when in a cafe ! No more throwing bits on the floor or asking for a saucer 🎉

Car seat broken- terrible customer service
I bought this car seat in July for my Cavapoochon puppy arriving in August and only ever used it in the car in which my puppy slept in it. After about three months, the stitching started to come apart down one side. A few months later I washed it, and the stitching has now come apart in multiple places.
When I contacted customer service, they said they were surprised because the stitching is supposed to last for years. However, they refused to replace it, saying they “cannot know how the item was used and what caused this.”
Given that it was only used for its intended purpose and for a small puppy, I’m very disappointed with both the product quality and terrible customer support. I expected it to last much longer than a few months.

We’re really sorry to hear that you’re disappointed, especially as we know how important it is to have products you can rely on when travelling with your dog.
For clarity, our records show that the car seat was delivered on 26 July, meaning it has been in use for approximately eight months. When reviewing the photos provided, the stitching appears to have been pulled apart rather than failing due to a manufacturing defect. Damage of this nature can occur over time through use with a puppy, including scratching or chewing behaviours that are common with puppies. In 2+ years of using the car seats and selling them, we know they are durable and can with stand long-term use.
Our car seats are designed to be durable and go through extensive testing, but unfortunately they are not indestructible.
We always aim to help where we can, but in this case we were unable to offer a replacement or refund as the damage does not appear to be due to a manufacturing fault.
We do genuinely appreciate your support and your feedback.

Puffer Carrier & Capsule Knit Sweater
Amazing customer service and quality of products. I originally ordered the Puffer Carrier in Matcha by mistake so reached out asking to change it to Hazelnut and they were so helpful and kind.
The Puffer Carrier is such high quality and extremely functional for owners with the amount of pockets so you don’t need to carry an additional bag for yourself and a bonus that it comes with a matching poop bag holder.
The capsule knit sweater is the best I’ve purchased from the fit to the quality of the fabric. It’s perfect for colder days and you can tell the materials used are high end and will last.
You can tell that By Teddy focuses on quality and thinks about every little detail in their products. Definitely will be ordering again from them.

The pockets were something we obsessed over during development, so hearing that you love the functionality and don’t need to carry an extra bag is exactly what we hoped for. It means the world to hear your feedback on the Capsule Knit Sweater too. We spent a long time refining the fit and fabric to make sure it felt elevated, practical and made to last through many colder seasons.

Disappointing Returns Experience
I recently ordered two dog coats (XXS and XS) to compare sizing. Both were removed from their packaging purely to check the size side by side. The XXS was clearly too small and was not tried on my dog.
When I returned the items within the stated timeframe, I was told the XS coat had a “mark & hair” and that it could not be refunded as it was allegedly damaged. I disagree with this assessment — the item was handled carefully and not worn or used outdoors. It was simply inspected to check size, which I believe is reasonable when purchasing online.
Whilst they offered to refund the XXS, the XS was refused and I was informed it would be sent back to me. I appreciate small businesses need to protect themselves, but as a customer purchasing online, you have to be able to inspect an item to determine suitability.
Overall, the product itself looked good, but the rigidity of the returns process and unwillingness to find a reasonable resolution was disappointing.

When an item shows signs of use beyond what is reasonably necessary to check size and fit, it unfortunately cannot be restocked. Under UK consumer regulations, customers are entitled to inspect goods, but if handling goes beyond this and results in diminished value, a deduction or refusal of refund can apply. We apply this policy consistently to all customers to ensure fairness.
We understand that trying on a coat indoors to assess fit is part of online shopping, and we always aim to be reasonable. In this case, due to the condition the XS coat was returned in, we were unable to refund it. We did, however, offer to send the coat back to you so that you were not left without the item.
In relation to Instagram, we would also like to clarify that we do not have any automated system that sends integrity-related questions to customers. This is not a feature we have set up or use.
We are a small founder-led team and we care deeply about doing things properly, both for individual customers and for our wider community. Our policies are in place to ensure items remain hygienic and resaleable for the next customer, and we always aim to handle situations fairly and respectfully.

1 Star – Refund Refused After Checking Fit
I ordered two dog coats to compare sizing based on the measurements provided at the time of purchase.
When removed from packaging solely to compare sizes side by side. The xxs was too small and was not tried on. The xs was briefly placed on my dog indoors for a few minutes to assess fit and was removed as it was too restrictive.
The two coats were returned within the stated timeframe. I was later informed that the XS coat had “hair and a mark” and that a refund would be refused because it could not be resold, I refuse any marks were on the item at time of sale, the few strands of hair however is virtually unavoidable... I mean I dont know many bald dogs.
I dispute this outcome on several occasions. The item was handled carefully, not worn outdoors, and only inspected to determine suitability, which I understand to be reasonable when purchasing online under UK consumer regulations.
During correspondence, I was offered a refund on the condition that I remove my review. I did not feel this was appropriate.
Instagram also sent me a direct series of questions challenging the integrity of the business recently which was strange, I assume this was because I orginally followed a link from a "By Teddy" ad, never had this before which further concerned myself.
The product itself was of good quality, but I found the handling of the issue incorrect and would therefore not recommend By Teddy for this reason.

I'm a 7 month old Cockapoo called Ruby
I'm a 7 month old Cockapoo called Ruby, my human debated for ages before wisely buying the marshmallows bouclé dog car bed carrier. I couldn't be happier, it arrived and as my human unpacked and put it all together I stood by supervising. Once she put it on the floor I was straight in, oh the fluffiness, the colour and with loads of spare room I quickly brought some favourite toys in with me. I was so comfortable I could feel my eyes closing and when I woke up I stretched and rolled around in my beautiful new bed. Hazelnut Car Seat Awesome
I purchased the Hazelnut car seat for the neutral color, my perceived comfort and the versatility. All my perceptions have been confirmed! I have a 12 week old cockapoo named Hazel, so perhaps because it is her namesake (her nickname is Hazelnut), it is her favorite place of rest. In fact, we post @hazelfigthecockapoo in her byteddy all of the time bc it is the only place she feels comfortable posing! I wish I had purchased the navy carry bag when it was on sale at Christmas. I also really appreciated that it was delivered in one piece rather than in various pieces - pillow insert, etc. - as other vendors have. I would give the quality in terms of design, comfort and care top marks!

Hazel… aka Hazelnut… choosing the Hazelnut Car Seat as her favourite spot feels like it was meant to be. We love that it’s become her go to place for resting and posing. The fact that it’s the only place she feels comfortable striking a pose for @hazelfigthecockapoo is the highest compliment we could ask for.
We’re so pleased that the comfort, colour and versatility all lived up to your expectations. We were very intentional about designing it to arrive fully assembled too. No separate inserts, no complicated set up, just ready to use from the moment it comes out of the box. So it’s lovely to hear that detail was appreciated.
And don’t worry… there may well be another chance to add a carry bag to Hazel’s collection in the future. It will be back in stock from May time!

Nutmeg’s New Favourite Seat
We absolutely love our cosy car seat from By Teddy - and so does our dog, Nutmeg. It is beautifully made, really comfortable and feels properly secure in the car, which gives us peace of mind on longer journeys. Best part is how versatile it is: once we arrive, it doubles up perfectly as a bed, so Nutmeg settles straight away without needing anything else.
