Purchased the shampoo, conditioner and leave in for the new Pom puppy. It smells amazing and she is so lovely and soft and extra fluffy after first bath. The leave in conditioner is amazing too. So great for use in between baths. My Bonnie’s hair definitely smells better than mine!!! Thank you SohoPoms!

The delivery is never on time. I have to write emails to remind them so the goods can be dispatched. Total mess!

All the items I've purchased from Sohopoms are impeccably made. Every little detail counts. Everything is well-thought-out and made to the highest standard. Email contact is also a pleasure; the ladies are very kind and helpful. I'll definitely be back for more things for my dog. I recommend them to anyone who's unsure; you won't be disappointed!

After an initial hiccup with communication with an order Charlotte at Soho Poms sorted everything out and was extremely helpfull.
Sometimes that’s when you really know if a company is worth doing business with….when there is an issue and they fix it! Lovely shop and great customer service.
Oh and the pet carrier and the harness are REALLY REALLY lovely quality and look great too. And my gorgeous Chihuahua loves the bag !!
( my only complaint about the carrier is the side pocket is WAY too small and the zipper is slightly undersized for the size bag and I’m concerned it won’t last long but we will see 🤞 )

Ordered a lovely dog bag from Sohopoms which sadly was too small for my dog. I returned this back to them and annoyingly had an issue with the return postage. The team were so helpful in helping me get this resolved. It's a real rarity these days to get genuine help from a genuinely nice team. Special shout out to Charlotte for all her help.

I've shopped at Soho Poms a few times and every time the service has been great! This time in particular it has been amazing, I needed to return a few items to a smaller size which was pretty much seamless. After Soho Poms receiving my items back, they were shipped straight away so I could have them next day - amazing! The communication was always quick, easy and professional. The items itself are 5* alone, the quality of them are really really good and look amazing on my Pomeranians. I would absolutely recommend Soho Poms! Very happy :)

I am revising my review of this company. Although the whole situation was a bit of a month-long headache. The company did correspond with me, and refunded the order that never made it to my home.

Really gorgeous products, my CKC puppy, Lupin, absolutely adores his carrier tote. We had a bit of an issue with the zipper breaking, however the customer service was amazing - Charlotte has been beyond friendly and helpful. We will 100% be buying more from here in the future!

We received our pet carrier today -the new style Berwick carrier in black. What a lovely carrier! I had been looking for a carrier for a while for our Shih Tzu puppy but hadnt really found one i liked until i came across Soho Poms. The carrier is well made, strong, i love that it has a comfortable firm mattress like base, we got a medium which seems a great size for our puppy as she is not quite fully grown yet, and it looks beautiful ❤️ we cant wait to get out and about using it 😊
We had abit of trouble getting it (as our local DPD had all their van full of parcels stolen, including ours 🤦🏻‍♀️) but when contacting Soho Poms for help they couldn’t have done more, was really helpful, and made sure we got it the next day after speaking with them! 👌🏻

The bag I purchased is of the highest quality, I’m really impressed. The design is brilliant, my dog Alan settled really well inside it which he has found difficult to do in other doggy carry bags. The fluffy lining kept him super cosy particularly in the snow and I think the sturdy base helped him relax and feel safe. Can’t rate it highly enough! I feel like we will be getting more in different colours in the not too distant future.

We love Soho Poms! Great customer service and we're very happy with the products we received. They were packed really well too. All the items - scruffs bed, Moomin harness, lead & x 2 bowls, squeaky toy and chew stick are all fantastic quality. Would 100% recommend Soho Poms for all things dog - from small to the bigger breeds, there's something for them all. Can't wait to visit their flagship store soon too.

I love Soho Poms. I have a beautiful Moomin bed, Moomin bowl and multiple Moomin harnesses. They are all great quality! Delivery has always been quick! I really recommend this business and will keep buying from them☺️

Would not hesitate to order from this wonderful company again and again! We bought the rainy days carrier for our miniature dachshund, but needed to exchange for a size up. Customer service team was so lovely and got back to me promptly and amended the order straight away. Beautiful products and stunning quality! Otis loves his carrier we wanted one that was supportive and cosy and that's exactly what we got. After a long walk he falls asleep in it, which just proves how cosy it is!

Please read all the reviews before ordering from this company. The shampoo and conditioner were clearly diluted with water, and the hair mask I received was expired. This is completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, customer service was extremely rude and unhelpful. Very disappointing experience.
