Great experience!
The online ordering process was easy, and after I placed the order I immediately received a message verifying if I wanted these two cabinets because their faces were a bit different. I had also forgotten to order a certain part that the team recognized immediately and asked if I wanted to add that in. Ordering cabinets for the first time, I was nervous but these folks know what they are doing. I would definitely recommend them.

Need Better Packaging
The quality of the sample door is excellent, will be placing an order in the near future. I would suggest you package the sample better, mine was damaged with paint missing when it arrived.

Good quality. Service not so much
Cabinets are good quality and once we got the hang of it went together easily. Was shorted some hardware screws for my corner cabinet. Also needed to return one cabinet. The return/ restocking fees are high since I never opened the box and delivered it to the warehouse. Still cost $200 to return! Not cool.

We investigated your case, and we have a slightly different perspective. Your journey with us started with a door sample order that was shipped and delivered on time. The primary order for cabinets was also delivered ahead of the advertised schedule. None of your phone calls or e-mails were disregarded, and all requesters were served promptly. Nonetheless, we cannot find any claims regarding missing screws.
Moreover, some of our representatives worked after hours on 6/28 to help you save on return shipping and provided the needed documentation for a cabinet return. We work following industry standards. All the fees are disclosed in our "Shipping and Return" policy that you agreed to when you placed the order online.
The restocking fee is a standard practice in our industry. It is being charged by the cabinet manufacturer and not by our store. Besides the disclosed policy, you were notified in a separate e-mail about a 20% restocking fee applied to the pantry cabinet that you were returning.
We are always ready to help. However, we cannot cover the mistakes our employees or partners did not cause. The customer's responsible for checking the order before placing it, primarily when we do not provide design services before the order.
We requested confirmation of the return from the warehouse and will provide you with updates within 24 hours (by the end of 7/7/2023).
