It was so easy they communicated with me quickly and answered all of my questions. Delivery was way sooner than expected. I would recommend to anyone. Love my cabinets.

Great cabinets, but...
After installing them i needed a few additional trim pieces. They are expensive at $117.00 for one 8' piece of crown molding, and another $140.00 for three pieces of 8'X1/4" toe kick, and three 8' quarter round moldings.
But then the shipping! They quoted me $285.00 for shipping, making my total well over $500.00!
After telling them to cancel the order, they dropped the shipping charge to $151.00. Still ridiculous!
So... although I'm very happy with the beautiful cabinets, their quality, and the original purchase, which totaled $6500.00, I think they could have accommodated me better by giving me their lowest shipping price FIRST!

We LOVE our cabinets and will likely order more. They look classy and sharp. This has been the perfect look for our dining room with exactly what we needed for functionality.

A customer service rep contacted me immediately after receiving the order to confirm that we were not trying to match cabinets. They wanted to be sure that we understood there may be some variances. I've never had a company care about something like that before. The quality of the cabinet we received (RTA - microwave drawer cabinet and 3-drawer companion cabinet) were extremely well-made. Honestly, I hesitated before purchasing because of the price point but, as the saying goes, you get what you pay for. We are very, very happy with these cabinets and, if we need cabinets in the future, Cabinets Bay LLC is the first choice for us.

It was a good experience overall, with just a couple small issues. We requested a couple replacement parts due to defects, & they sent one wrong item. So, I had to send more pictures as proof, & wait longer to get the correct part. But they did eventually make it right.

Ordered some sample door which arrived on time with no issues. Ordering process was easy. Customer service was very good.

Professional, quick and thorough. I ordered door samples and they reached out within a few days about doing a quote for the kitchen. Within 24 hours I had a detailed quote! We haven't ordered the cabinets yet but the professional service at the beginning gives me confidence.

I just recently received my first order, and the quality and workmanship of the cabinets rivals any other high end cabinet on the market. I did not use the design team since I did it myself, but once I place the order I received everything in less than two weeks. Definitely will use them again for my project!

You lack too many crucial cabinet sizes and trim options to complete a kitchen remodel. Upon receiving the cabinet door sample, I proceeded to price out the cabinets. First road block was no 36” cabinet to go above a refrigerator, nor any option for end panels to run along either side of the refrigerator. Industry standard always includes 36” options for this purpose. There’s no 30” base sink cabinet for a farmhouse sink. There were additional industry standard sizes I couldn’t get that are available through many other RTA companies. Let me be clear, I’m not saying the product is bad in quality, I was just surprised by the lack of available industry standard options. I’ve added a star simply because you stand behind your product. However, offerings are limited and make it impossible to complete a kitchen design with certain crucial sizes. This isn’t an attempt to ruin your company’s reputation, but my honest review regarding the many cabinet sizes you simply don’t offer, that I will say again, are industry standard.

This is my third time shopping with this store. I just finished a kitchen remodeling project for one of our properties and am very pleased with the outcome.

Nothing has changed since 2019, the first time I was shopping here. Everything is just as great. The ordering process was smooth, and the cabinets were delivered just on time. Product quality and customer service response time are awesome, as usual. The best part is the pricing.
