I havent opened all of the cabinets yet, but they arrived in 5 days and I peeked insidr of one box and it seemed to be great quality. For the money, I think its going to be hard ti beat.

Order arrived yesterday 1 week ahead of schedule. I opened one box to check the quality of the cabinet...I was impressed at the smooth finish.
The delivery service truck broke down so my order had to be reloaded into a smaller van. There was no visible damage to the boxes but hope that the contents are undamaged from the extra handling.

Received my shipment and the cabinets were a different color that what was ordered. Called and they told me that dove white(what I (received) and steam white(what I ordered) are the same color. Additionally, on the order, some were manufactured in Vietnam and some in Mexico. I was told this was industry standard.

Website is very easy to use, only hard part is deciding which cabinet line to go with. We are still designing after ordering 9 sample doors. Hope to order kitchen this week. Thanks, Tom & Jan

Very happy with the cabinets that I purchased for a kitchen island. However, a few days after I purchased I received an invoice for several hundred dollars for additional materials and freight charges that I didn’t order. Customer service said that these were required parts to complete the island. While yes they may be, I didn’t like them pushing a piece of plywood for $300 on me for twice the size needed without my consent.

Delivery process is terrible. Received email 8/9 stating that cabinets were shipped. It is now 8/22 and still have not received cabinets. Tracking says that items estimated delivery date was 8/13.

Update to Cabinetsbay: I had no issue with your customer service in correcting my misorder of the cabinets. The issue is with the delivery process. You hire the shipping company therefore the buck stop with you. As a remodeler, when I hire subs for certain parts of my jobs and they mess up I take responsibility. The customer does not want to hear from me that it wasn't my fault, but the sub I hired.

Nice people to work with - color samples were sent to us expediently. We made our choices and today submitted our order! The process of making all the calculations and decisions was difficult for me, but helped by your helpful website and designer assistance. We are excitedly looking forward to receiving our cabinets! :))

As I have said before- their customer service team is excellent. I might not agree with them all of the time, but they get back to you quickly. In my business this is extremely important.

Damaged in shipment and I got wrong color on cabinets. Company can not give me the color code at sherwin Williams so I can paint other stuff to match and touchup

Haven't recieved my first cabinet order but so far so good.

The order went well, all items appear to be here. We havent3opened the shipment yet. So far so good.

When I went to put the shelf together the pre drilled holes on the shelf’s did not match up with the holes on the piece that attached to the cabinet. I had to drill new holes in order to make them fit. I could have called and voiced my issues but you would not have wanted to hear that. I was very frustrated .. Thanks

The product is everything I was looking for in a kitchen cabinets. Very pleased well built.

Solid product, exactly as it appeared on the website. One observation: included written instructions were absolutely awful. The website video assembly example did not quite match the over fridge unit I ordered, so it was about trying to figure it out. Luckily that was not too hard. Pleased with the end result.

The entire process from shopping kitchen cabinets, variety and quality of the products, placing the order and receiving the complete shipment of the cabinets on time was exceptional.
Assembly of the cabinets is quite easy.

This is the first time I ordered cabinets online and I couldn’t be more pleased when they arrived. Everything went really smooth from the point of ordering to the delivery. I can’t say enough good things about the quality of these cabinets, from the dovetail structured drawers to the heavy drawer glides right down to the paint finish.
