Good cabinets at a good price, But !!
Good cabinets at a good price.
The things we didn't like was... Cabinets we ordered were named Steam White, we got sent Dove White. They seem to look same but when we initially got them we thought oh no we got wrong cabinets. Wish they would have gave us a heads up.
Second thing was that we were not told that we need a way to unload from the semi truck. So we had to arrange for someone with loading dock to get them off truck onto a trailer we had to bring then haul them home. Was sorta aggravating.

Hello. Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate it. The cabinet line you have received is the one you have ordered. The cabinet manufacturers and cabinet stores are using different names for the cabinets - that is standard practice in our industry. As far as the shipping process goes - we apologize for the inconvenience. We always pay for the lift-gate and delivery appointment in order to make the delivery process easier for our customers. However, some shipping carriers can ignore our requests. We will check with our shipping broker what has happened in order to avoid irresponsible shipping companies next time. Feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns.

we're yet to receive our cabinets because we just placed the order a couple days ago, but so far the customer relations is second to none, helping us in any way possible

excellent customer service!
Great product and excellent customer service. A couple of the items I ordered came off of the freight truck damaged. I took some pictures and tried to notate the damage on my signed shipping sheet the best I could before giving it back to the driver. I emailed customer service and they began texting with me right away. I sent pictures and item numbers of the products damaged and they sent out replacement product, which arrived within a few days. Couldn’t ask for better service. In the end, the cabinets were easy to put together and went together well for install. I would recommend and would definitely order from them again.
