Very good quality cabinet product. We especially liked plywood boxes and soft closing hardware. Shipping may take a bit time, but I still highly recommend them for home cabinets.
Very personal service, like they really care, they know there product and they want to make sure all goes well. very responsive to emails and such.

For RTA Cabinets these are pretty darn good compared to others we've done. Easy to put together, quick ship and quality is up there.

Working with Dina was easy
Working with Dina was easy. She provided options and an amazing sketch of what the kitchen will look like with the cabinets we chose.
Oxana has also been helpful in finding a spacer that works for us.

Great experience and great prices.
The professional staff at cabinetSet.com are just that, professional. They know what they are doing and offer truly valuable thoughts and advice. My husband is a contractor and does a lot of kitchens and he was very impressed with their knowledge. In addition, you can't find nicer people who really want you to be happy with what you buy. The product lines are good quality and the prices are even better, particularly when you do comparison shopping.

Thank you for your feedback; we truly value customer input as it helps us improve our services. We noticed that your 3-star rating may not fully reflect the quality of our service, and we’d like to offer some clarification.
You placed an order for a color sample on December 27 for $2.99, which covered both the product and shipping. The product was shipped from our location in Pennsylvania the next business day, and it arrived at your location in Utah four business days after shipment. This delivery timeline aligns with industry standards and our advertised shipping timeframes.
Regarding the color variation, it’s important to note that colors may appear differently across screens due to factors such as display settings, brightness, contrast, and individual device calibration. Unfortunately, we have no control over these settings, which can cause slight differences in appearance.
We strive to provide the best possible service while keeping costs reasonable for our customers. While expedited air shipping options are sometimes available, we cannot afford to use those options for a $2.99 order without significantly increasing the price.
We understand that your experience may not have met your expectations, but we truly value the dedication of our team in ensuring smooth and reliable service. We hope this explanation provides clarity, and we sincerely appreciate your understanding.
If you have any further questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
Look elsewhere
Look elsewhere. Cracked, chipped, assembly holes aren't line up, color isn't uniform across cabinets, instructions are often very basic, exorbitant shipping fees. Overall, not worth it.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with your order. While we strive to provide high-quality products, we understand that issues can arise, and we regret any frustration this has caused.
To address your concerns:
1. Missing or Damaged Items: We ask all customers to contact us immediately if they encounter missing or damaged items. These instructions are included in the tracking information emails, and we are always happy to resolve such issues. In reviewing your account, we noticed you placed two orders with us within one month. This means you should have received multiple emails with instructions on how to report issues or request replacements.
2. Color Variation: The inconsistency in color is due to the cabinets being stained rather than painted. Staining enhances the natural beauty of the wood, which can result in slight variations. This is a normal characteristic of stained cabinets and not a defect.
3. Assembly Concerns: We aim to provide clear instructions, but we understand that assembly can sometimes be challenging. If any components are not aligning properly or if you require additional guidance, we are here to assist.
If you need any replacements for damaged cabinets or additional help, please reply to any of the emails you’ve received from us. We are committed to resolving your concerns and ensuring your satisfaction.
Thank you for your feedback, and we hope to have the opportunity to make things right.
Huge Variety & Great Quality
Cabinet Set offers a large variety of colors and styles. My husband and I have looked at several companies advertising RTA cabinets, but none have compared. We have only ordered samples, but the packaging and shipping experience was high quality. We appreciate that Cabinet Set offers color samples; other companies only offer full door samples for a much higher cost. We are excited to purchase our cabinets in the coming months!

Fast and Convenient Samples
Mailing of samples was fast. Having someone design kitchen layout based on a sample choice was great! Loved the layout but still waiting on the cost estimate.

What a wonderful experience
What a wonderful experience. I had to rebuild my kitchen due to water damage. The customer service that I received was awesome in making the process easier. I like that there is a store that you can visit to see the quality of the cabinets before making a purchase. The free kitchen design was a plus. I was able to see what the cabinets would look like prior to my purchase. When the cabinets arrived it was just like the design. The cabinets were carefully packaged.

Great customer service
Great customer service. Fast delivery. Only issue we had was that the drawer assembly instructions were quite vague. And the video they offer didn’t apply to the specific cabinets we ordered. Thankfully we were familiar enough with how drawer gliders operate and figured it out. Just took a little extra time.

Superior Service!!
Currently installing our cabinets, which look great. The service was really superb! Our order contained 2 different cabinet styles and it was great that the information was questioned just so no mistakes were made. The order was fulfilled quickly and when I had a question about constructing the pantry cabinet it was answered very promptly. Great work!
