I just love my cabinets. They match the other ones I have. Great choice

I ordered 3 different door samples. They are made really nice and love all 3 but now I have to decide which color to go with for our kitchen remodel.

Packaging was good. Came secured on a pallet. No issues.

RTA cabinets seem high quality and the machining was good (no parts needed adjustment for assembly, including drawers). Guide marks were about 70% accurately placed and sometimes required adjusting screw location, and predrills for hinges were too shallow, pretty consistently. No marks or predrills present for upper corner braces (and brace brackets were metal rather than the wood shown in the instructions). Cabinets were easy to assemble.
Shipping was fast - actually too fast. Shipping information was not received until AFTER the pallet was delivered and the shipper (R+L Carriers) DID NOT CONTACT US prior to delivery (though all the documentation said they were supposed to), and just left the pallet in the driveway without any signature. Luckily there was no damage.

Samples arrived quickly and were well packaged

Excellent customer service and quick turnaround.

Excellent customer service

Ordering samples was easy and received quickly!

Some of the best cabinets I have seen with an incredible price. Although long distance shipping is not ideal, when there is an issue or damage they are on the spot to help and take care of any and all issues. I have personally had two separate shipping damages and their customer service is second to none and made sure everything was replaced and taken care of with no issues whatsoever. I will continue my cabinet needs with cabinetset because they go above and beyond to take care of their customers even all the way down here in Alabama!
Thank you guy’s for always being helpful and taking care of me!

All questions were answered quickly. The wrong color cabinet arrived and within a day they had the correct one shipped. Great customer service.

These cabinets are high quality and shipped very fast. Also the free shipping help keep the cost down. I will recommend them to my son-in-law who's building a house at this time.

Quality cabinets at a reasonable price. Their delivery time was quick and the designer was very easy to work with and had the design to me the next day, if I remember correctly. I would use them again.

cabinets are well made

I have purchased many cabinets for other companies and these are one of the better made units. Only minor adjustments to have these units square and easy to install.

Nice quality cabinets and great follow up on my satisfaction. They sent the samples that I oreder very quickly.

Variety of products, great customer service, professional clear communication.

Very responsive to questions. Delivery was fast and cabinets are high quality.

The sample is a beautiful piece. Has a beautiful smooth finish. Was delivered on time and satisfied on the product.

Communication, selection, pro-active customer service were all superb!!

Quality of the cabinet door for samples we ordered were great. Definitely going to order a full set of cabinets from them. The shipping seemed a little on the slower side but that my only small critique.
