SCAMMERS - ordered 2k worth of routers and cable almost 8 weeks ago and they have not sent and are not replying. Gave some lies about changing software and I knew it was lies. Still no order and no refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY READ OTHER REVIEWS - the comment is wrong. They told me 3+ weeks ago they would send the orders the following week and never did. I followed up numerous times again before lodging a chargeback request with my bank. To date I have not received any refunds or either order. Lies.

Same experience as others here: Ordered from CablePro, was promised delivery multiple times, given a tracking number, notified as Order Completed, yet tracking info shows nothing was ever collected from the company and now I’m being ignored. It’s a pity I don’t live in NSW, I’d simply visit their address in person and then call 000 as it’s very simple, they are engaging in criminal behaviour and should be charged. I do have business there in 6 weeks time, so I might endeavour to visit them… I know several cops and detectives and Sydney. Look forward to catching up next month! Cheers!

Don't use them
Don't use them, ordered and paid for parts in November 2024. Have not received the parts, they don't return emails, or answer their phone. If you contact them online chat, they say we will refund you, but dont. They use excuses and say email. But dont. I have reported to Scamwatch.

This company doesn't respond - worst, lying, customer "service" I've experienced.
This company doesn't respond to communication and doesn't answer the phone. Don't order from here if you need anything in a timely manner. If they haven't been reported to the ACCC yet, I don't know how.
Update from 27/2/25. I finally received a refund after keeping at them on the live chat on their website. Just keep pestering them until they pay. The link to the NSW small claims process is what seemed to push it over the line.
In reply to CablePro's response, you've left out the part where you promised to send the gear on a Tuesday and by the following Friday it hadn't left. I then asked for a refund and that process took 2 weeks. I was told on a Friday that the refund would happen that day, it didn't, I followed up the following week and was told it would happen the following day, it didn't. It was the third time I got on your live chat and followed up with you that the refund was processed. I don't care if things take a little bit of time, just stop telling people you will do something and then don't.

This business is a SCAM I hate to use this word, but this is what they are. Do not go anywhere near them they will constantly lie to you on the phone to get rid of you. They have no ethics at all given the amount of lies they tell you about booking in couriers pick ups. And now refund lies. I caught them out on their lie as I rang up the courier and was told they arrived to pick up the parcel and there was nothing there. I believe theCourier. Now, after suggesting a refund, the guy has sent me through a screenshot of nothing more than changing the status from order to refund. I am also a small business owner and know the backend and how it should work. It’s a two-step process you need to go into the money side of things to issue the refund Not just change the status. I will keep fighting this and updating as we progress. They don’t care about the customer, they don’t care about you and They don’t care about doing the right thing.

Wont refund me
Wont refund me. It has been 4 weeks since I've asked for a refund. They will lie and do everything else other than just refund me. I have since reported them and will be taking them to small claims court.

Untrustworthy and unreliable.
I placed an order on 20/9/24. Over 6 weeks later of being told numerous excuses including; it would be shipped, it has been shipped, we have issues with the supplier and need to get a new supplier, it would be delivered by the end of the week, we are sorry it was delivered to the incorrect address, the shipping company is to blame, we will call you back etc etc I had enough. I contacted the shipping company and they confirmed that CablePro does not have any items ready to be picked up and shipped. I lodged a disputed transaction with my bank on 5/11/24 and had it approved the same day. On 6/11 I purchased the same items from another store and they were delivered the afternoon of 8/11. As of 9/11, the tracking number still shows CablePro is preparing the order! What a joke! CablePro are completely Untrustworthy and unreliable.
