When I ordered the item i immediately realized I had sent it to my address instead of my daughters. It was after hours but I sent an email explaining the situation. I got a response asking for the new address and the item was shipped to the correct address. There were multiple interactions with Caitlin who was so sweet and helpful. The customer service was above and beyond. The products are also amazing.

I purchased four items from Caden Lane and two ended up being on backorder, but the customer service was excellent. They responded the same day and resolved the issue almost instantly. Everyone I interacted with was pleasant, helpful, and provided great customer service throughout. Highly recommend!

First, I loved the fabric pattern (friendly fawns), and second, the fact that you can personalize some of the clothes with the baby's name. The fabric quality is excellent, and I love everything I bought. I highly recommend it.

i ordered a gown to be for new born portraits and washed it as directed and hung to dry. the lettering on it cracked after ONE wash, and i emailed the company, who was more than happy to offer a refund or replace the item. i opted to replace the item. now, its been 2 weeks since the pictures, wherein i did NOT have the item i ordered because it was defective. and now they’ve sent out a replacement, of the INCORRECT item altogether. i just want a refund at this point. very frustrated that i worked to make my final newborns portraits wonderful and this company can’t even make sure they’re mailing out the correct (expensive) items.

I have purchased multiple custom blankets for my children, and I have spent over $500 with this small company. I ordered a few things recently on sale, and a few days later a bigger sale came up. I asked for a price adjustment(since a lot of places are now offering this), and unfortunately they would not approve this and suggested I keep an eye out on OTHER discounts coming up. I was looking at some pajamas that are on sale, but for how much I have spent and to not get a little bit back is a little disheartening.

What confused me was when I got the cancelled the my refund. But then the next text said they are refunded my money.

I ordered my new granddaughter who is on the opposite side of the U.S. from me a couple sleepers. One had a matching headband but the other didn’t show on the website so I ordered a plush bunny with her name Annabelle on it instead. Then I get an email saying they are sending the headband I didn’t order as a back order & the bunny wasn’t on the order at all. I truly believe they have issues with their website. They suggested I return the order which isn’t an option. Won’t order from Caden Lane again. You don’t get what you order. It’s Amazon for me.
