I needed help putting together coordinating items by color. A solid personalized blanket with a coordinating print knotted gown was my focus. The customer service rep that contacted me gave me several options and confirmed some of the choices I had already chosen. It felt like a personal shopper. Lol. My items arrived quickly and each one was as I expected.

They didn’t hesitate on sending me the item again when mine was no where to be found. They were very professional and nice.

My email provider is changing two of their old email services and is making those of us that have had our same email addresses with them for YEARS change our emails addresses.
Caden Lane merged all of my information from my old email to my new so I wouldn't lose my info, history and rewards.
It is so nice to have helpful customer service when it is already a HUGE pain in the ...and a WASTE of MANY hours that an email provider MAKES customers change their email address. Either you change providers or stay with the current, but either way, you have to change( at holiday time on top of everything already!!!)

I love the clothes from this company but in addition, their customer service is fantastic.

We love Caden lane and are usually willing to pay a little bit more than typical baby clothes as it’s always excellent quality. Recently I received a sleeper onesie that I was hoping my daughter could wear on thanksgiving but unfortunately both ends a of the double zipper fell off and there was no way I could get it back on. I reached out to Caden Lane’s customer service and they were super nice, helpful, and responded actually within minutes. They are sending me a new one right away at no charge!

I had a question about an order that said it was pending. I reached out for clarification and my questions were quickly answered with kindness.

My granddaughters name change a few times in this process and when the name was finally 100% locked in I added it to my cart. At check out I somehow had 2 blankets. I deleted one and paid. When my order came in I had deleted the wrong blanket and now have a blanket with the wrong name. They were kind enough to give me 40% a new blanket to help with my mistake.

I love all of my Caden Lane products! The quality is great, the material of the clothing is soft and lasts a long time, and I love that some of the products can be customized. The customer service is also top notch! They are very quick with responding and answering any questions or resolving issues.

Pregnancy brain got the best of me, and I could not remember if I placed the custom name in the box for our son’s first hat. I emailed the customer service team, and I had a response within hours, with an answer, and a little preview of the product I was soon to receive. Hands down best customer service I have dealt with.

I didn't order...I was ready to but checked with recent online internet reviews and discovered that over 21% of buyers stated "do not buy". There is no functional return policy. I'm out.
