They waste ur time in receiving deposits and then now reject the deposit with zero excuses. Still waiting for the refund. Useless set of pple, I wonder how they are still in business
If your transaction ever has a problem, you would be by yourself
Customer service replies promptly however, replies are useless. They pretty much copy and paste previous responses. I had an issue with my verification and all the customer service could do at each response was to repeat the problem, no solutions. Worst customer service. I don't recommend them
I deeply regret using CadRemit. I funded my account, but after weeks of delays, my money is still stuck. I asked multiple times for a refund and account closure, but they keep giving excuses and asking for more time. I trusted them, but they’ve done nothing but waste my time and put me under stress.
Their support is slow, unhelpful, and never offers real solutions. I’ve provided all the information and proof that will confirm the legitimacy of my money, yet they continue to delay the process with no transparency.
Avoid this platform if you value your time, money, and peace of mind.
