Horrible customer service. I tried placing an order. The first time it was cancelled because I typed my zip code incorrectly (my fault!) but I tried placing a new order and it placed twice and both orders have been pending for weeks. I reached out to customer support for help and never heard anything. I ordered the products through Amazon (which I HATE doing, I would rather buy directly from the supplier) and have already received the products from Amazon while my orders through Cal-Pharma are STILL pending

Excellent product that all starts with the excellent customer service. My online order could not process because I have a different ship to than my billing address but whoever that nice lady is that answers your phones took care of me. She processed my order by phone. Also, I pointed out to her an inconsistency on your website with the descriptions for hand sanitizers and she checked on during the call. She also told me that she would follow up with the proper department to get it corrected. This is the 2nd time I have ordered your hand sanitizer since COVID-19, and I really appreciate the fast, courteous service. Stay well!

i have not received my order from two weeks ago. NO follow up either, VERY dissappointed. My girlfriend has the handsantizzer at her business and I wanted the same.

It was excellent from beginning to end. The product was exactly what we were looking for and the price was competitive. Will definately do business again

with this craziness you try to get you supplies as fasts a s you can and you get some products that don't even match the description or smell on the their web site. The products from Cal Pharma are great the hand sanitizer is excellent. The customer service is 5 stars I think Sammy is her name and another girl as well. I highly recommend this product to any body that has used other hand sanitizers on the past your employees won't even notice the difference.

On time delivery and a no stick, clean feeling, coconut smelling hand sanitizer has made us VERY happy!

Sturdy container

Sanitizer itself had a weird texture, but still ok.

I was looking for hand sanitizer and came across this product/company. After reading reviews decided to try the Live Germ Free sanitizer. Really wanted the lavender scent but order was cancelled in the middle of the process even after payment was made and receiving shipping notification. Received prompt refund for that order and thought I would try again with the coconut scent. Ordering was easy and delivery was quick with receipt of product within a week from ordering. Exactly what I wanted.

Cal Pharma is great! I ordered hand sanitizer. It was shipped immediately. Sadly, FedEx damaged the package. When I contacted Cal Pharma, they responded immediately and provided a replacement. It arrived within a couple of days and is a great product. Fast and friendly service. I plan to do business with Cal Pharma again.

Twice I went to the Cal Pharm website and ordered hand sanitizer. Both times the order was never filled. I never received any explanation. Finally I ordered from Amazon and received the product. Love the product. Disappointed in the service.
