I got the hand sanitizer quick and it was not damaged, the reason only 4 stars and not 5, is it was twice the price as it was before the covid outbreak, but I knew that going in.

Product is as listed, will be ordering again soon.

The product never came. No never received it. It was sent back to your place in California on May 6th. Packaging was damaged and never delivered

My original order was damaged in transit and they were able to get out another order very quickly!!

Ordering was easy. I emailed asking how long it would take to get product form CA to FL, and I was told a week or less. Shipment was by Fedex Ground and it was prompt.

You didn't send the product i ordered, you substituted without consulting me. When I contacted your company to ask about the switch the response I received was "I do apologize for the wrong item being sent but it is just as good, if not better, in my opinion." You didn't even contact me beforehand or after to inform me of the switch. I ordered 2 bottles of the product I wanted, but i would not have ordered 2 bottles of the product you sent me. The scent of this product truly bothers me and it irritates my skin.

He didn’t have time to run around from store to store seeking hand sanitizer during Covid-19. Finding a company that had hand sanitizer in stock during Covid-19 was a small miracle. As if that wasn’t the highlight, it was reasonably priced and they delivered. I bought enough for my friends and neighbors. The scents are fabulous, the quality outstanding and customer service superb! Mostly, I want to say THANK YOU for not price gauging customers who really need this product at a time like this!
