Avoid this company at all costs!! A complete scam!! Ordered an item for them - a week later the representative “Charlie” cannot even provide a tracking number!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, BECAUSE THERE IS NO SUCH COMPANY!!!!

Ordered pants in February, still not here. Customer service is useless and can't provide a tracking number. A pair of pants were resent in June with the same issue. The company seems to be a scam.

This company doesn’t even deserve one star it’s been over three months and up to this date I haven got my order you better not order from this company you’ll regret it there’s no telling how the quality of the clothes it’s going to be

Im extremely unsatisfied with this clothing brand and their customer service. It literally took about 2 months for me to receive my items and when i sent all of my items for full refund, its been another 1 month that they haven’t responded and haven’t gave my money back.

Absolutely appalling company. Ordered 'in stock' items with 6 day delivery for holiday. Items didn't arrive in time. They still hadn't shipped after 2 weeks. Tried to cancel but kept getting fobbed off on email. In the end the only way to get a refund was to go through my credit card company as a disputed payment - which I won. AVOID.

Truly shocking customer service. Paid extra for quick delivery and over 10 days later I am still waiting and no one replies to emails. Will never again shop with this company

Clothing is terrible quality, stitching falling out, stains over the items. Might aswell gone Temu. Took forever to come, avoid at all costs absolutely terrible my nan could make better clothes

Scam website, ordered $500 worth of clothes and they never posted them or provided any tracking info. Have had to raise dispute through paypal to recover the money I paid. Avoid at all costs.

Great -the clothes are all as described and they are of great quality.

I order 2 shirt and received them very late and loved the product then I ordered 2 more and haven’t received them since December. Now 7 months later still no shirts. They are making accuses after accuses and are notrefunding them. Too bad that’s how they handle business and can’t believe they still are in business!

I purchased navy trousers that states they will be here in 5-7 days.. they took 19 days to arrive. I ordered these for a wedding so I had to purchase last minute ones locally meaning I had to return the CALI ones… wow they make it really hard and do not respond to emails for weeks before authorising your refund. It took me a further 3 weeks to get them returned and finally got a refund over 2 months later since the initial purchase. Order #1312. To top it all off they deduct the initial delivery fee from your refund and also expect you to cover first class delivery back to them which cost £6.64 alone.

Just don’t use them.

Ps the trouser quality was also terrible when they arrived so I wouldn’t have wore them anyway.

Would give them a zero rating if I could. Charlie and the team are the biggest scammers going. And if you get fooled into buying from them at least use Klarna so you’ve got protection with your money.

Bear in mind this review is a follow up to my original review as I’ve still not received my replacement order.

Shambles of a company, don’t know how they sleep at night ripping people off.

Still waiting for an order I placed in February. They refuse to cancel and refund because apparently it is too late. I will never use this company again.

The fabric’s lovely—proper soft and fits right into my wardrobe. Feels like a step up from my usual polos.

Avoid at all costs. They take your money and dont send out the items. I’ve emailed a number of times and they dont reply. Its a scam company!!!!

Order never arrived - excuses of ‘supply chain issues’. Have ignored my refund request. Don’t use!

The returns procedure is absolutely insane, I had a "returns request" approved 5 days ago, yet I've had no information on a returns address, refund procedure, nothing.

I have emailed agian today to see if i can get some clarity on where I'm meant to be returning this item too.

In my opinion, I wouldn't recommend anyone using this company, not just down to the pathetic returns policy, but also down to the fact that I paid £50 for a cuban collar shirt, and when it arrived the quality was nothing short of a primark item.

And please, hurry up with the email communications, and my refund !

I ordered a polo shirt from Cali Clothing several months ago, and it never arrived. Despite their claim of a 7–14 day delivery window, this was completely inaccurate. I wish I had checked reviews beforehand.

I contacted customer service multiple times and was repeatedly assured the item was on its way, even though the tracking information hadn’t changed in over two months.

Giving one star feels generous, and the only reason it gets that is because—after considerable pressure and the mention of legal action—I eventually received a refund, which I do appreciate. That said, the experience was frustrating and far from acceptable.

I hope others see this review before making a purchase. If you're looking for similar styles, I highly recommend checking out Raith or Arne—both offer quality products and reliable service. I won’t be shopping with Cali Clothing again and would strongly advise others to avoid the hassle by choosing a more reputable brand.

CHINESE SCAM!!

Says 7-14 days for delivery. After waiting 3 weeks I emailed them to ask where it was and no one seemed to know.
I asked for a refund after 4 weeks and was told I couldn’t have one as it was in transit. I then received another email telling me the order was still in production due to an error.
After 5 weeks I contacted my bank to raise an issue and the bank gave me my money back.
Never did hear from Cali clothing or receive the items.
Apparently it’s British, but it’s actually Chinese!

Absolutely shocking service…. Ordered my clothes and still haven’t arrived from October.

I would strongly advise not to use this company
