Sizing is off
Sizing is off. Doesn't fit. I emailed and haven't heard how to return. Heard back from the company and they are willing to make it right. Raising my rating but not all the way to 6 due to time it took to respond.

Exchanging a bracelet for a different size is a standard procedure, and there’s nothing unusual about it.
