I recently purchased the Omega Grey bracelet and couldn’t be happier with the choice. Right out of the box, the presentation was impressive - sleek packaging and a solid, quality feel. The grey color is subtle yet stylish, making it easy to pair with almost any outfit, whether I’m going casual or dressing up for the evening.

The material feels durable and well-crafted. The rope is soft but strong, and the stainless steel clasp gives it a rugged, masculine edge. I was a bit skeptical about how comfortable it would be for daily wear, but after just a day, I barely noticed it on my wrist. The fit is secure, and the design doesn’t shift around or get in the way.

I contacted Customer Support to see how I could get replacement closure pieces for my bracelet that had been damaged. They responded with an hour, and I was able to order the parts I needed.

I had an incomplete address. Says package was returned. Nothing on a refund, a simple email or phone call it could have been fixed.

I received my order recently and the process was very smooth. Quality looks good currently. Size ordered was medium, still a little large after adjusting. Black leather braid is loose from gold band . Hopefully will not over stretch. Thanks Erhardt Rempler

I would not purchase this one again about to fall apart - the leather one is a better option.

Normally when you order anything online you receive a confirmation by email the same day. My purchase was made on 02/24/25
Terrible...Serious lack of communication and response. Update after you sent the above correspondence:
First of all this is the first time customer service has responded to any of my emails. It obviously took a rating or 1 to get one. Normally when you order anything on line you receive a confirmation by email the same day. My purchase was made on 02/24/25 .

1. First email was on the 02/25/25 “I have not received an acknowledgment about my order?” No response!

2. Second email sent 02/26/25 “Could you please confirm my order plus a tracking number to whoever is shipping in 2- 3 days??? And give me an ETA or something????? Thank you No response!

3. Third email 02/27/25 Now thinking this is a scam..No telephone number and on your site it says “ best bracelet experts will provide an answer within one minute to one day” “Not only have I not received and acknowledgment but I am not also getting any response from my email to support. If I do not hear back from you I will cancel the order and please refund my money by the end of the day”

4. Finaly 4 days later on the 27th I get an email with a tracking number that didn’t work. And the following email:
