Worst company. Bought 2 bracelets but didn't like them and sent it back with their label it's been 3 weeks and still no refund. Messaged them 3 times already. Next step dispute the charges on my cc. Avoid them

Very difficult to work the clasp when trying to put it on.

My son loves his bracelet, he identified the clasp with something they use on the boat and loved the nautical feel to it!!! Very well made and looks "cool" on him, received it on a timely basis too!! Thank You :)

They worst. Had bracelet for 1 week fell apart. Emailed customer service they charged me to ship a replacement.
It was a week old not months.
So disappointed. Very cheaply made.

Extremely poor customer service. Purchased two bracelets from this company that has the most poorest customer service in my history of living and thats a long time. Sent three emails and not 1 was answered, Now I have to return and again u guest it no emails. That is why I am writing to state "AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS". Have to resort to the BBB to help out. WORST COMPANY EVER STAY AWAY
