Hey Mike! Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I'm very sorry that your order took longer than expected to arrive.
We recently changed shipping providers in an effort to offer our customers a faster and more reliable delivery service. Unfortunately, during the transition we had some teething issues that resulted in delays for a small number of orders, including yours.
I can see that your order was successfully delivered on 11th June, but I completely understand the frustration caused by the wait. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience.
This is not the level of service we strive to provide. The majority of our reviews reflect the fast dispatch and delivery times that our customers typically receive, and we're disappointed that we fell short on this occasion.
If there's anything further we can do to help, please don't hesitate to contact us at info@callaghanselectrical.com. We genuinely appreciate your patience and your feedback, as it helps us improve our service!
