CMR has been very helpful

Not a company of their word

Company doesn't stand by their word. I was advised by my sales rep that he would offer a reduced price. End of the month I was hit with the full price and an excuse that his manager wouldn't sign off on it.

Astounding, well worth it.

Amazing service at an amazingly affordable rate. I was in the market for a primary phone solution for my company and after over a month of vetting various companies, Call management resources was the ONLY choice to make for me.

They were diligent, well versed in their field, and exceptionally professional.
I would not change services for any reason in the foreseeable future.

CMR has been a wonderful service in multiple ways and has eliminated all complaints as to my previous voicemail option.

1) My Clients appreciate that a human answers my phone when I cannot. They regularly comment on how professional my Receptionist is. As a result, my clients know that they "have been heard" versus wondering if or when I will hear their message on Voicemail.

2) My Clients know that in the event of an urgent issue, they can ask my Receptionist to ask me if I can talk their call. That provides them a great deal of comfort.

3) The Receptionists are wonderfully professional, and I remind them regularly how much I appreciate them being there 24/7.

4) No one complains that my &^*(*& Voicemail is full anymore !!!

5). While the monthly fee could be considered a luxury, I could not hire a person to answer my phone for as little as I pay CMR each month.

6). CMR has enhanced the image of my business tremendously, from the day their service started. I greatfully appreciate that.

There have quite a few times where we…

There have quite a few times where we get called from you all around 10am to 11am to let us know about a call. We open and swithch the phones away from you all at 8am every morning..! So I'm not sure why we get those late call from you? Ther have times when you relay the customer information and the name isn't correct? Even when you all send a text our company name isn't spelled correctly.

Very responsive and thorough

From the beginning the representatives were very accommodating and responsive. I am very pleased with the service, it's as though it's my own personal call center and they are here in the office.
