Waste of time. You can get the same thing from ChatGPT or the same.
When I requested a refund on (day 2) their 14 day guarantee refund policy this is what I got;

Calmio offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on the initial subscription, provided the following conditions are met:
The refund request is made within 14 days of the initial purchase
The app meets the minimum usage requirement, which is based on therapeutic guidance developed with psychologists:
Weekly plan: the app must be used on at least 4 separate days, and the request must be made within 7 days
Monthly or longer plans: the app must be used on at least 7 separate days
If these criteria are met, the refund can be issued. If the minimum usage requirement is not met, a refund is unfortunately not available under the policy.

Calmio is not a general-purpose AI. It has been developed and trained in collaboration with scientists and psychologists using CBT-based therapeutic methodologies, specifically tailored to support people facing emotionally complex challenges. While large language models can provide general conversation, Calmio is structured as a guided therapeutic journey—with personalized pathways, structured emotional exercises, and clinically informed progress tracking.
Because meaningful therapeutic progress typically requires more than just one or two days of interaction, we introduced a minimum usage requirement within our 14-day policy. It’s not meant to create barriers, but to ensure that users have had a genuine opportunity to experience the structured support before making a decision.
Inside the app, you’ll also find daily lessons. When you complete them, a flower grows—a small visual symbol of progress and healing. Many users find this gentle structure helpful in building consistency. We’re also actively working on new features and improvements that will be released soon.
