Ordered few tonnes of hard core

Ordered few tonnes of hard core. Told gent on phone access was tight so need smaller vehicle. They sent large lorry so had to return goods. After arguing on phone they agreed to send smaller vehicle.

Ordered again few weeks later and they sent large lorry again an refused to redeliver in smaller vehicle leaving us with long delays getting materials from another supplier.

Customer telephone service experience was awful

Never again will we use this company

WARNING

WARNING: Please do not deal with this company. First of all they are all cowboys. Left hand doesn't know what right hand is doing. Their stuff may be cheaper not by much but it will cost you when stuff comes damaged. They will deliver new ones but want to charge again for it. They have no records of who is purchasing what and who is delivering what. Driver takes pics of damage goods but does nothing about it. When u ask driver for his name he won't tell you. Weird people. Rude. They don't believe in customer is always right. WARNING: Please don't deal with them. They don't deserve your business. All done on pen and paper that gets thrown away

Top quality service as per usual....!!!

Had a delivery off Cambabest this week & absolutely top service as per usual! Had a great price, was told delivery would be this Friday & that I would get a call when they were heading over to me..... my delivery was indeed on Friday, I had a call earlier this afternoon when they were on their way as I requested & then had the lovely delivery driver arrive when expected! I never go anywhere else other than Cambabest & never will! Thanks again all!

Bought fences and posts , gravel boards. On the whole it was good experience. One post came damaged, didn’t accept it despite delivery driver insisting won’t get replacement soon. They sent replacement 2 days later which was acceptable for me. It’s value for money compared to my local merchants, saved 100 pounds compared to a local quote, saved 300 compared to well rated merchant. So if you tight on budget then this supplier is worthy choice.

If you want cheap stuff then these are the guys. There customer service is probably not the best but they are trying to meet the demand of their customers.
I have not always had a great experience with them but catch them during a quiet time and they are very helpful and good. Kelly is good.
I have been using them continuous for the past year.

Cambabest have taken over public…

Cambabest have taken over public footpaths and public land and you can not even walk on these grounds during match days , reported this issue to a Sikh guy called Kelly and then his brother who were very rude to us . We then reported this issue to Birmingham city councils who in turn work with these people and are not monitoring the illegality as the grounds are for public are unsafe for people now ! My car tyre got damaged during a drive down Venetia Road , B9 4PY . Because of their negligence. Time to sue theses people and hold them accountable for their illegal actions ! Which is effecting the health & safety of the public. There are rules in England which This company does not follow, thanks to Birmingham city council .

DO NOT USE PEOPLE - GO SOMEWHERE ELSE AND AVOID THE HEADACHE.

Very rude on the phone and they took out the deposit money for an order I placed only later to be told that they didn't have any stock and when I continually called to ask where the delivery was or if they had the stock they couldn't give me an answer. What, you don't have any paperwork? I guess not because they lost my order. And I was dealing with the manager Sam.

Rude behaviour - Defective items - AVOID AVOID

Rude behaviour, defected items and no resolution.
I am a 70 year old disabled pensioner. Bought some items over the phone, they got delivered damaged tried speaking to them about it. Absolutely rude over the phone with no sense how to speak to customers and then said we are busy and shut the phone leaving me frustrated helpless and with damaged items.
Avoid completely to avoid disappointment.

Good enough service at counter prices very competitive but service in yard is terrible there is no system in place it is a free for all it seems customers that are more known to staff get preferential treatment by the yard staff it took me 45 minutes to collect 3 items from 2 different areas surely for every bodies sake the management can devise a better system as there competitors eh Smith and darlaston at darlaston for instance you pay then join queue in yard then a member of yard staff serves you simple isn't it time is money and waiting around is very frustrating please consider this as advice and not a complaint regards Mr Williams

No the first time trying to order by phone. Alway answer after it ringing for atlease 10 minutes then they start speaking in their language to someone else! While your still on the phone! This is not a racist remark this is about Good Customer Service!

Cambaworst not best. By far the worst customer experience I have had and at 48 years old and from a customer service background myself I can safely say these guys dont have a clue how to handle pressure in a busy environment and still keep their customers happy. Trade counter guys who look like brothers, one in particular is really rude. He shouted at his 18 year old yard worker who was just interrupting him on my behalf and proceeded to slam the counter with his fist shouting 'I'M TALKING'. He had an argument with me also few days before and assaulted me when I refused to leave his yard at closing time. Hes lucky I never retaliated or called the police. Something that could have been sorted out in 5 minutes he refused to help me with and it was their lazy yard staff guys fault in the first place. Ended up costing me more money to pay the roofer and scaffolding when he wouldnt open the gate to let me quickly exchange some roof tiles. Will never ever return even if it was the last builders merchant in the world. They might be slightly cheaper than others but the real big merchants give way better service and their places are not death traps with a fatal accident waiting to happen. You got anger management issues then I suggest you dont go in to business. Stay home with your 'family' unless you get angry with them as well. Appauling service. Other reviews say the same so my experience is not unique. Shockingly bad service. Never again will you get any business from me or any of my family and friends. Avoid this place like the plague you will only seriously regret it if you dont.

Firstly I don't make a habit of writing reviews so the fact I have bothered to put pen to paper is something pretty special in itself!

Our journey with Annette Heppenstall from Orillo Kitchens in Evesham started in February this year, we were looking for our kitchen to be re-designed and the old dining room to be brought into the kitchen to make it one big room despite a wall separating the two! Easy or so we thought!!

Having been through several kitchen companies some well know some not so well know our plumber recommended Orillo and that is how we met Annette. She was the first person to really listen to us and I would go as far as to say understand our vision for the room. Nothing was too much trouble, she came out to the house (unlike some of the designers we worked with) she accompanied us to site visits to choose worktops, sourced us different door handles, pretty much you name it she either did it or found it for us.

The whole experience of working with Annette to get our dream kitchen hasn't been without challenge no build ever is but the one thing we admired most all of Annette's many qualities was her ability to troubleshoot and provide sensible solutions and always with a laugh and a smile.

So would I recommend Orillo in Evesham for a Kitchen, well I couldn’t say that but what I can say is I would recommend Annette Heppenstall who works in Orillo Evesham, it was a winning combination for us.

New kitchen

The service we have had from Orillo Evesham for our new kitchen and tiles has been second to none due to Annette’s experience and knowledge of kitchen design. She has helped us from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble for her. We are so thrilled with our new kitchen and design - thank you Annette and the superb service from Orillo Evesham.

Bought from cambabest for the first time. The staff at the place we're okay. We were told delivery would be Friday or Saturday and we requested that we receive a call an hour before which the till guy also clearly wrote on the invoice. We were woken by the sound of a truck to realise that our goods were being delivered and the driver was just going to leave them outside without notifying us. When told the delivery driver to drop them around the back of the house as there is a road there and easier access. He did this. However, we were missing some of our items and he told us that he couldn't deliver them as he could not get to them and they will be delivered later. They weren't. We rang the next day only to be placed on hold for like 6 times in a 5 minute call whilst other customers were being served. We were then told to that our invoice could not be located and someone will rind us back the same day. Three days later, we were still waiting so my husband went into the actual place and they told him they will be delivered before 6 today and it was fine to drop them around the back. My husband wasn't home today and the delivery driver did turn up by the time I answered the door he had already ran down the stairs and was opening the truck. I very politely asked him if he could go around the back as I am a pregnant lady and cannot carry 9mm ply boards and he said no I can only drop them around the front. I told him that the last delivery driver dropped them round the back and he said this is not possible and I'm dropping them here. He was very rude and ignorant. Before I could finish speaking he was already unloading them and left them right at the bottom near the road, not even near the door or the house. And then he was gone. I phoned up cambabest to complain, and spoke to someone called hira who reassured me that he will speak to the driver and send him back tomorrow to move them to the back of the house and he confirmed that if there is a road there they should be delivering around the back. I will update tomorrow.
Update=now a week later and still no reply

ORILLO Kitchens Evesham - Don’t hesitate to use them!

I am currently building a new house in North Cotswolds and have had contact with many companies over the last year. Annette Heppenstall at ORILLO in Evesham has ensured one of the best experiences I have had.
She set the tone with a warm friendly approach and has gone on to exceed my expectations. This combined with a wealth of knowledge and a totally professional approach has resulted in me purchasing far more than I originally intended.
She is such a pleasure to deal with and responds quickly to any queries (and there have been many) this has gone a long way to reduce my stress levels.
You should be congratulated on your team member and the business you operate. I shall not hesitate to recommend you - well done. Just wish I had come to you earlier
