Great way to save
Great way to save, money taken direct from wages. Love the online facility to transfer money between accounts, however this facility should be available 24/7 not just Monday to Friday during office hours.

I took out a loan which would have been £7 a week which I took out and it turns out I have to pay £12 a week.

We assess loans on ability and willingness to repay and as we are regulated by the Prudential Regulation Authority (PRA) and the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), we must ensure that we complete several checks when we assess a loan therefore, although anyone can apply for a loan, not everyone is guaranteed a loan.

Unbeatable company with outstanding values
I needed last minute help with a large payment, and didn't have the necessary identification to proceed, yet the staff at Cambrian didn't put me aside or turn me down, but instead walked me through every step needed to secure a payment. Emails and phone calls were answered either immediately or within an hour, advice was sound and current, and I had the same
personal agent work on my file with me through to completion. Really doesn't get any better. They even out-performed my bank!
