Really happy with there services

Needed a loan unexpectedly, cambrian were very helpful and quick in helping us out and with reasonable interest rates, will be using again in future if needed.

Credit union is a great place to start with your own family and friends to get help with your savings and for first time borrowing money and a lovely set of people who understands everyone's needs. I have been with Credit union for over ten years now and I have no trouble with them and they have helped me out a lot over the years.

After being with Cambrian for 2 years, I requested a loan top up which they had declined . Instead of looking at my current loan and that I’m on top of my payments each month never missed a payment very good customer and pay more to what I should be paying they declined going off the back of my recent credit rating where there was something on there which I’m not aware of which has since been rectified and have spoken to company in question . I Felt really upset the answer was simply no and no empathy , I had no email I had to follow up myself to what was going on with my application . Won’t be applying again . Felt like they do not look after long standing customers. Other than that other staff have been friendly and helpful Over the phone that’s why I’ve given 3 stars. Thanks

Great company. Gave me a loan when no one else would to help me buy a car with a good interest rate. This is my third loan I’ve had with them. Loan applications always processed very quickly. Louise who processed the loan was great. Definitely recommend them.

Credit Union are absolutely fantastic they have helped me out on occasions that I have needed them. Their team are polite, friendly, extremely helpful and completely understanding. I have taken loans out with them and I also have a saving account with them I would recommend them to anyone. Edwin was polite, efficient and very clear when helping me out with my application today so thank you very much to him aswell.

Easy to join. Small one off manageable fee. Everyone really friendly and helpful. Phone lines are answered quickly, not kept waiting for ages. Questions always answered. Customer service is excellent.
