Fish was fresh. They were cleaned and cut as expected. Great experience.

Terrible service, ordered one product and got delivered a different product, which is no use to us, contacted them but was told they can’t do anything about it even though it was there fault and hung up the phone in a rude way, terrible company.

My order was placed on a Tuesday night and since the market promises next day delivery if orders are placed by 1000am, I expected the order by Thursday. There was no communication after I placed my order and Thursday came and went with no word from the seller. All day Friday I attempted to reach the market by all means listed on their website but no response. By Saturday, I asked for a refund via PayPal and that's when I received an email from the market. Had I received a response from my initial outreach, I would have been more patient. But only getting an explanation of what happened to my order after I requested a refund, was poor business practice. I needed the fish for a gathering on Saturday but had to source it from another store.

The packet was supposed to be delivered in a different address.
