Ik bestelde een hoed en kreeg enkele weken later een verfrommeld en totaal ingedeukt exemplaar geleverd.De hoed was slechts in een plastic zakje verpakt. Ik nam contact op vroeg om het aankoopbedrag te retourneren. Dat was niet mogelijk, ik moest een andere bestelling plaatsen. Inmiddels 12 mailtjes verder. Hen erop gewezen dat ze zich niet aan de wet hielden. Dat had aanvankelijk ook geen effect. Pas toen ik dreigde met juridische stappen kreeg ik het aankoopbedrag teruggestort.
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Do not deal with them. No one answers the phone when you call Australia customer service, no matter how many times you try. They don’t provide the information required by US customs and merchandise is consequently delayed substantially or undeliverable. With no refunds. Email customer service is laughable. I’m out over $4000 US.

Absolutely horrible customer service!
Absolutely horrible customer service!! Ordered numerous items worth over $2,000 total. Never delivered DHL says left at my door “proof of delivery”. Camilla tried to claim I authorized without signature which is falsifying information. They say they cannot do anything and I am out of $2,000. I will file a complaint with Business Bureau Canada and my Bank as this is theft. DHL requests Camilla to file a claim report so I can be refunded and they refuse to file a claim with DHL! DO NOT buy from here!

I should have looked at all these negative reviews before I purchased from Camilla.. I feel the pain and frustration of those who want to make a return and have suffered the emotional stress of not being able to get any kind of satisfaction from Camilla.com. I also, will never purchase from them again.

Online order return and refund. No communication.
I am in Tennessee (USA). Ordered an $850 dress online, which I received timely. It didn't fit correctly. I did receive the return approval and an RA number/label to return it to an address in New York. I sent it with tracking which shows it was received by Camilla on 3/30/23 by someone named Jean. I sent an email message on 4/11/23 asking for acknowledgement of receipt and when I can expect my refund. I got the automatic respibse, saying someone would resond in 2 or 3 days. I have sent 2 more emails and have heard nothing. No refund. It is 4/17/23.
Non-responsive customer service
I’ve been trying to contact Camilla to return a dress brought in the same order as a matching clutch bag. The dress can’t be selected online to set the return process in motion. I’ve sent numerous contact forms, called the Australian telephone number on the website - an automated response saying that there is no-one available. Also emailed the person on the return form for the bag.there has been no response from them re the dress at all.
The bag return has gone through via their online system.
I am very concerned now that they will not contact me and I’ll be stuck with an £850 dress that is unsuitable.
Has anyone got through successfully to customer service and if yes, please can you post the details so that I can try them.
I don’t want to have to resort to my credit card company but will have to if there is no response.

Wow what a beautiful dress
Wow ! What a stunning dress has just arrived , really special . I was very worried after ordering such an expensive item after reading some horror reviews about items not being delivered to the uk and difficult to get refunds etc . My order arrived within 3 weeks of ordering , no fuss , no problems . I will definitely be keeping my new dress , it’s the most favourite piece of clothing I’ve ever owned .

Actually, I would give 0 stars but unfortunately it isn't possible. I can only warn against this shop and against order from germany. I ordered 4 dresses, which were paid directly via Paypal. A while later I received only 3 dresses - also According the delivery notes. I never received the 4th dress and also din't got any refund via Paypal.
I haven't received any response to my E-Mails. After I opened a case at Paypal, I received almost a week later my money for the undelivered dress.
Unfortunately the 3 other dresses did not fit and I had to register a return. This took a lot of time, because they needed 3 tries and then I received an explanation for the return... This explanation explained to me what to do and not to do.
The clothes were packed as requested in individual packages, under witnesses and were handed over to the parcel carrier. All packages arrived at the same time according DHL Express tracking. I've received a refund for 2 dresses. For the refund of the third dress I am still waiting and had to open a case again at Paypal.
I definitely do not recommend ordering

I ordered a light gray jumper in a Medium based on garment measurements provided. I received a tan jumper two sizes too big for me. My request for an exchange was refused. They offered me $6 to keep a dress I can’t wear. Learn from my experience and don’t order from these people.
Outstanding
I ordered two dresses from the UK on 25th February and realised I hadn't paid for faster delivery. I sent a message straightaway and asked if I could pay extra as I needed them sooner. They responded the next day to say the dresses had been dispatched and due to be with me on the 3rd March.
The dresses arrived a day early and they are absolutely stunning.
I may have had a different experience to others who have left a review, but I felt the whole experience was one that has left with me full confidence in purchasing again from Camilla.

Can I do ZERO stars? THE worst shopping experience of my life, customer service is appalling. I bought a dress for a really important cocktail party, I paid express post even though I had over two weeks.
I was supposed to receive my order in 2-3 business days. They took my money immediately and then nothing....crickets! No communication, no matter how many times I reached out, no response....nothing. I kept checking the order status and it hadn't even been shipped weeks after I placed the order. There is no phone number you can call them on, and when you email you get an auto generated response saying they will respond in 3-5 business days! The cocktail party came and went, countless emails later... and still nothing from Camilla. It wasn't until I got Paypal involved, who were magnificent, that they responded stating they were out of stock. They very clearly do not give a hoot about their customers. Unbelievably bad experience, I will never shop with them again, trust me stay away! Shame on you Camilla, your clothes maybe pretty, but they are far from worth the grief and disappointment.

Dit zijn inderdaad oplichters! Product wordt inderdaad in China besteld. Prijs kwaliteit is absoluut niet goed. Retour zending moet inderdaad naar China kosten eur 20,- staat niet in verhouding met product eur 35,-. Ze zijn niet telefonisch bereikbaar en reageren nauwelijks op de mail en geven dan geen antwoord op de vraag. NIETS bestellen!

They've listened and fixed their issues. I bought an item on sale that was too large. I would love to have exchanged it for the smaller size but they don't do online exchanges however I received a prompt refund in full on a sale item. Very happy!
True to their word!
Shawn is the man. My order was later than expected and Shawn shipped it FedEx overnight Saturday delivery. The best part about TrueFacet is Shawn offered me a huge credit for the delay. Would definitely recommend TrueFacet!!
