Absolutely the worst experience of my life!!! I shop at Bloomingdales , Saks, Neiman Marcus etc. and I am spoiled with high quality customer service. NOT here!!! I bought $800 kaftan , didn't fit so I want to return it. you can't just return it you have to get approved for it. Ok fine, 5 emails later and 2 weeks begging to provide me with instructions , return number and label I yet to hear from them. You can't just return it yourself unless they give you the return NUMBER. Nobody answers the phone either. Total disaster! NEVER AGAIN!
I have ordered 7 camilla outfits
I have ordered 7 camilla outfits, dresses, jumpsuits 2 piece outfits, a few directly from camilla ,and a few from saks 5th. I love everyone of them they are true to size, and the silk is just scrumptious! Yes they are very pricey, however with alittle patience, you can take advantage of various sales and save hundreds. I get compliments everytime I wear an outfit.

Awful! Just awful. Products received are absolutely nothing like images online. Received no response from seller and tried multiple times. Thank God for using PayPal and getting my money back.. what a waste of time and money. Spent 75 dollars on literally a dress that was made out of felt material ( suppose to be wool) and a sweater that was not worthy for my dog.

Aankoop gedaan en direct moeten betalen.
Vele mails verzonden om te MOGEN retourneren. Als er al een antwoord kwam, leek dit uit Nederland te komen. Afzender op het pakket leek uit Brussel te zijn. Telefonisch NOOIT bereikbaar! Wanneer we dan eindelijk een retouradres krijgen, blijkt het inderdaad naar China te moeten verzonden. Op eigen kosten. De verantwoording wordt geheel afgewimpeld op de verzender.
Aanbod tussendoor: Aankoop houden en een andere aankoop doen met minimaal € 22,= meer als aanschaf.
Tip: NIET MEE IN ZEE GAAN!
O ja, verzending MOET met track en trace. Kosten bij Post NL van af €.19,25 naar China.

Fantastic first experience…
I had a fantastic first experience shopping at Camilla Karrinyup WA store.
The staff were really helpful and friendly without being pushy. I'm so in love with my new beautiful dress and top. I don't think I've ever had a dress that fits so perfectly.
Awful customer experience
Ordered 3 items at a total of over 1800€ on 1 July. Received 2 of the items and they are lovely (if a little large), but the third item which originally showed as shipping first, has still not arrived, almost a month later. I have lost count of the number of emails I have sent - no sense of care in the tone of responses. Customer service is severely lacking and non-proactive. The time difference (Aus to EU) does not help either - they really should have European CS for such a high priced premium brand. The item I await is needed for my special birthday and if it doesn't arrive tomorrow I will need my money back - which they have now had for over a month. Really, really angry at their lack of customer support - it is the worst. I was so happy with my first delivery but now I will never buy from them again as their service stinks. I have zero confidence in them I'm sorry to say. Absolutely disgusting customer experience.

Have shopped twice at Camilla and been satisfied. The third purchase has been absolutely miserable. Bought a dress for 725, - euro 22 February. They then only manage to send a short tunic that has just been thrown into a dirty bag. Then it takes another 3 weeks for the dress to arrive. It is curly and I just lost the urge to buy it. Sends it in return the day after about the middle of March. Hearing nothing about the return, they urge after three weeks. Will then get an answer if I want to switch to something else or get the money back. Says that of course I want the money refunded! This was about April 20th. Have not heard a sound !! So I will now go to review through Master Card. So stay away from Camilla.com. They are huge professionals in the beginning to gain your trust !!!
