Misrepresentation, lies and very poor service.

Not a good experience with this company. Mower was supposed to come with a dual battery charger as described. It didn't. Chased them up and was promised a call back. They didn't. Chased them up again and was promised an additional single charger as compensation for their error. Guess what? Never arrived and they had no intention of sending it either. So my advice? Steer clear and use a company that cares about it's customers.

Poor Communication and Repeated Failed Delivery Promises

I placed an order on 26th March with an advertised delivery time of 2–3 days. After a full week passed with no delivery, I had to chase this up myself, only to be told the item was damaged and had not been shipped. Frustrating that no one had bothered to inform me.

I was then promised a replacement would be sent via next-day priority delivery, but this also failed to arrive. When I followed up again, I was told that this time there was an issue with the courier. However, I never received any tracking details, which would normally be provided, making this explanation questionable.

Overall, this experience has been extremely disappointing. The lack of communication and repeated broken promises have made the process frustrating and unreliable.
I would not recommend based on this experience.
(Refund has been issued).

One mender of staff did a great job.

This review is to thank Marcus Neill who has helped me get a Dremel repaired after giving up making contact and getting a reply from Bosch / Dremel who are truly bad on customer support. Shout the help of Marcus I still have a faulty product acting as a paperweight.
So thank you for your help and persistence 10/10

"I ordered a Bosch VDE tool set that was listed as 'in stock' with an agreed delivery of 2–3 days. One week later, the goods had still not arrived and I received no proactive communication. When I reached out, I was given poor excuses rather than a clear resolution. This was intended as a birthday gift, so the delay was particularly disappointing. I have now received a refund via PayPal. I would advise others to double-check stock levels before ordering for a deadline, as the communication here was well below par."

Awful company please avoid

Awful company please avoid. Dpd lost my order my emails have been ignored for weeks and now they say it’s been to long so they can’t refund me and dpd have lost my parcel.

bosch charger // BAD SERVICE

ordered a bosch charger // waited a 5 days for delivery , when arrived chip to back of charger contacted them was offered no replacement just a 5%discount . my partner rejected this but due to predictive text changed to accept . sent them messages fell on deaf ears// would not mind charger was nearly £70.00 so expected one with no damage , try to blame courier but box was not damaged// would steer well clear of this company

don't expect a full refund

Seller took excessive amount from my refund money so was left out of pocket by nearly £15 for a £50 item. You would do better using one of the more reputable tool shops rather than this bunch, unless you like throwing money away.

Order not fulfilled

Ordered an "in stock" refurbished item for a job I was doing. A few days later I got a call saying that the item was not in stock, and they tried to 'upsell' and get me to pay over the odds for a new one. I knew that was not a competative price so I declined. They did promise to process a full refund immediately, which was eventually processed several days later.
What struck me was the attitide I was confronted with - it seems the company take no responsibility for their errors, and expect the customer to bear the brunt.
I have since found the same item on Amazon at over £20 cheaper than what Miller Campbell would have had me pay!

Not a Company I could have confidence in dealing with.

Fraudulent seller..

Fraudulent seller... Steer clear!
Purchased a sander from them online. The sander arrived wrapped in just a bin liner. I opened the box and noticed it had already been used. I promptly returned the sander as it was not in the brand new condition as advertised. The refund was sent minus £40 for "handling fees". When I questioned this and stated it goes against Consumer Law they became very obstructive and dismissive. Please do not do business with this seller if you value customer service or any sort of warranty.

Do nor use them customer service shocking

Used them in the past will never use them again. Ordered an item but immediately cancelled it as misread the description. Campbellmiller ignored this and dispatched the item. Been very unhelpful so now I've got to return the item at my expense. Shocking rubbish company

No guarantee the item will ever arrive, check,check,check .

I ordered an item on13 March, with stated delivery 3 working days. Not arrived on 18th so e mailed agent Marcus who confirmed the item would be delivered on the 21st or 22nd.
Not arrived by 24th, so contacted him again, asking for delivery date,who was delivering it, and item delivery number. I got a very quick reply...sorry we can't find the item with any of our delivery companies, and we will reimburse you straight away.Poor service at best!!!
