Ordered on 18th Dec, in stock, 2-3 days delivery. But they didnt even ship it until 6th Jan. When I complained they blamed the courier. When i pointed out that their own documentation showed that it was them and not the courier, they went silent.

Got my tools online, and it was a breeze. Clicked my way to a toolbox full of goodies

– simple, quick, and no store-hopping required.

What an awful online shopping experience. The stock displayed on the website doesn't bear any relation to the stock in the warehouse. As a result you end up sitting at home day after day waiting for you order, that you paid next day delivery for, to turn up - only to be told they don't have stock and just couldn't be bothered to let you know. Empty promises never fulfilled. Avoid like the plague, anyone can offer discounted prices if they have no intention of sending the order.

TLDR: Incompetent tin pot outfit - Gives independent retailers a bad name!

I bought a Bosh drill/driver. I nearly didn't because the price was £50 cheaper than the next best price I could find so I thought it was too good to be true. I checked Trustpilot to see if they were a genuine company because I hadn't heard of them. The drill arrived on time and is a genuine Bosh. Will definitely use them again.

Ordered an in-stock item for express delivery (1 day) and it took 2 and some chasing just to find out that it actually was not in stock and will be a couple of weeks instead. Poor service, will not use again
